Two nights
ago I first received a copy of a brilliant new song summing up the ‘anti-Semitism’
witch-hunt in the Labour Party. About three different people sent it to me
almost at the same time.
My first
instinct was search the Internet and see who had composed it but it was nowhere
to be found. The song had just materialised. Finally Chris Williamson let me
into the secret and then Glenn himself contacted me.

I decided
to put a graphic on it and turn it into an mp4 before Sarah Wilkinson improved
on my amateur efforts.
A lot of people
were, at first, taken in by the scam. I remember even in Momentum, the group set up to support Corbyn, people said when I
was suspended that there was no smoke without fire. But of course that is not
true. Any chemist can tell you that you can have plenty of smoke without fire
and so it proved.
The people
in the Labour Party who were alleging ‘anti-Semitism’ were the biggest racists
of all, starting with Margaret Hodge and Louise Ellman (the MP for North Tel
Aviv – a jibe which was used as an excuse to expel me in February 2018).

be the first Jewish person to be expelled from the Labour Party as part of this
scam but not the last Jewish person by any means. All those who were expelled
had one thing in common.We were anti-racists

from the Labour Party whereas in fact what he rooted out was any commitment to

myself but there were many others who also fell victim, like Anne Mitchell in
Hove for doing nothing more than posting anti-Israel/Zionist comments.

Corbyn unfortunately
fell for it and despite a letter last year from Chris, Jackie, Anne, Asa
Winstanley and myself, shows no signs of understanding the nature of the scam.
He still stands by the contrived and malicious EHRC Report compiled by the
racist barrister and commissioner Alisdair Henderson.
Let us
hope, for the sake of Your Party, that Corbyn comes down from his pedestal and
admits that he got it wrong.That the anti-Semitism

‘Express(ing) an opinion or belief in support of (a) proscribed
organisation that will encourage support of it (and that) on 7th October 2023 expressed
an opinion or be1ief that was supportive of a proscribed organisation, namely
Hamas, and the support is not, or is not restricted to, to the provision of

This charge is a lie. The Crown Prosecution Service had to obtain the
consent of the Attorney General to prosecute, but that wasn't
difficult.
Attorney General, Richard Hermer, although critical of Israel’s
Occupation of the West Bank and its contempt for international law, is a
liberal Zionist.

Hermer’s opposition to the occupation of the West Bank does not derive
from the damage to the Palestinians (who he doesn’t mention) but the interest
of Israel.
Hermer was also a sabbatical officer for the Israeli
Embassy funded, ardently pro-Zionist Union
of Jewish Students.
The Solicitor General, Sarah Sackman is also the Deputy Attorney General. She is no liberal Zionist. She was the Vice-Chair of Labour Friends of
Genocide aka the Jewish Labour Movement, which has mobilised
support for continued arms sales to Israel. The JLM was behind the false anti-Semitism
smear campaign which helped destroy Corbyn’s leadership of the Labour Party.
My lawyers have, quite ludicrously, not been allowed to give me copies of
the material in which I am alleged to have offered support to Hamas, even though I wrote it.

Whenever the word ‘terrorism’ is
mentioned the Judiciary go weak at the knees. I wanted the trial to be held in Brighton
or Lewes Crown Court which are near where I live, since I have a responsibility
under a Court of Protection Order for an autistic son. However because this is
a ‘terrorism’ trial there are only 3 courts in the South-East that can hear it –
the Old Bailey, Woolwich and Kingston Crown Court.
‘Terrorism’ legislation is being used, not to combat genuine terrorism but
as a blunt weapon to silence supporters of the Palestinians and opponents of
genocide. It is an abuse of the law which our judges are happy to endorse.
As John
Dugard, a Professor of International law and an ad-hoc judge of the
International Court of Justice observed,
‘‘The label of
‘terrorist’ is ‘a bid to discredit and silence opponents”.
In the 1980s
Thatcher and Reagan called the ANC a
terrorist organisation and Nelson Mandela remained on the United States
terrorist watch list until 2008.

accusation of ‘terrorism’ is being used to close down free speech on Palestine
and Hamas is the pretext. Previously it was the PLO which was demonised. If proscription
had been in operation 50 or 60 years ago then support for any national

What has been
done, with the willing complicity and support of Starmer, Hermer and Lammy is

it clear that I support the Uprising and that is the real reason for my
prosecution. Support for the oppressed and colonial peoples is now a crime.

which, under its present Editor Aaron Hendy, has gone from bad to oblivion.
Contrast the even more abysmal Jo Wadsworth, Editor of Brighton & Hove News whose innovative
headline was ‘Tony
Greenstein charged with terror offences’.
Wadsworth, who is to journalism what Harold Shipman was
to care for the elderly. She once threatened to report me to the Police after I
accused her of wallowing in the blood of Palestinian children. These people can
get very precious.

The Police in this country have prioritised the defence of
War Criminal Arms Factories like Elbit even whilst ‘ordinary’ crime like rape
and burglary has soared. Rape has effectively been decriminalised as
conviction rates have fallen to 1%.
There are a number of reasons for this. It isn’t just the
attitudes of the Police but also the fact that the Police prefer to spend their time harassing Palestine
protests and activists to doing the boring work of tracking down rapists and violent
criminals. Its so much more enjoyable persecuting political opponents than
doing the hard work tackling rape.
Many police officers don’t even accept that there is such a
crime as rape. The murderer of Sarah Everard, Wayne Couzens was known by the nickname
of ‘the rapist’.Apparently this was
considered to be quite a joke.

It is incumbent on the Palestine solidarity movement to rise
to the challenge. Symbolic protests are not enough when war crimes are being

of Nuremberg. The law against Genocide and the Genocide Convention
is the Supreme Law of our times. All other laws are secondary.
This time the world must make it clear to Netanyahu and his
Western enablers – Trump, Starmer, Lammy et al. that there is a price to pay
for supporting genocide. The timidity of PSC and Stop the War Coalition
nationally must end.
We must rally at the BBC, which is acting as the British arm
of the Voice of
Israel. It carried Netanyahu’s lies about how Hamas had broken the
ceasefire when everyone knows that it was Netanyahu himself who broke the
ceasefire and refused
to move into Phase 2 of the ceasefire for fear of bringing down his coalition.
Instead of allowing Hamas equal time the BBC then switched
to another Zionist, this time from Chatham
House, the British Establishments International Affairs think tank.
We should say out aloud that it isn’t Hamas but Netanyahu
and his western enablers who are the terrorists. Those who deliberately murder

Not only that but Establishment figures like former head of MI6, Sir John
Sawers, have openly praised HTS calling them‘a
liberation movement, not of a terrorist organisation.’

This is a clear breach of s.12 of the Terrorism Act 2000
under which I and others like Sarah Wilkinson and Richard Medhurst are being
prosecuted. The situation today in Britain is that if you speak out in support
of a proscribed organisation slaughtering Christians and Alawites and others in
Syria that is fine. But if you support the Palestinian resistance against
genocide, including the elected Hamas government in Gaza, then you are
prosecuted.
In my view Netanyahu’s attack on Gaza is a sign of political
weakness not strength. We have it in our power to force an end to the Genocide
and an end to the arms shipments which enable the genocide. Of course the German
government, which is Israel’s second major arms supplier, will be reluctant to
cut off the arms supply since Genocide in Gaza makes the German state feel more
comfortable about all the other genocides, including the Holocaust, that they
have perpetrated.
Today there can be no excuse for timidity. The Zionists may
seem to be strong however they have lost all moral legitimacy. As I said
yesterday when speaking, although it may not appear to be the case, Zionism is
approaching its end game. The narrative of Jews fighting for a homeland in
Israel no longer washes. Israel is seen as Western imperialism’s attack dog.
Its main supporters are the very anti-Semites that Zionism claimed it needed a
state to get away from.
In recent days the far-Right Chief Rabbi of Britain, Ephraim
Mirvis, has been embarrassed
into withdrawing from a conference on anti-Semitism organised by
Israel’s fascist Diaspora Minister Amichai Chikli. Chikli, being a good
Zionist, decided that given he is holding a conference on anti-Semitism who
better to invite than anti-Semites!
Chikli has previously faced
criticism for his efforts to strengthen Israel’s ties with Europe’s far-right
parties, which had been boycotted due to their associations with antisemitism
and Nazism.
The conference guest list includes a who’s who of European
fascist and far-right parties. In
attendance will be Jordan Bardella, president of the French National Rally
party founded by antisemite and Holocaust denier Jean-Marie Le Pen; Marion
Marechal, a far-right French member of the European Parliament and Le Pen’s
granddaughter; Hermann Tertsch, a far-right Spanish member of the European
Parliament; Charlie Weimers of the far-right Sweden Democrats party; and Kinga
Gál, of Hungary’s Fidesz party.
In the fight against ‘anti-Semitism’ (for which read
anti-Zionism) the Israeli government and Zionist movement decided to invite
genuine anti-Semites. None of us should be surprised. When Hitler came to
power, the only political movement to welcome the rise of the Nazis was the
Zionist movement.
People forget that 90 years ago people like Berl Katznelson,
a founder of Mapai (Israeli Labor Party) and editor of their paper Davar and deput to David Ben-Gurion, Israel’s
first Prime Minister’s, spoke of the rise of Hitler as ‘an opportunity to build and flourish like none we have ever had or
ever will have.
Others like the national Zionist poet Hayim Nahman Bialik
argued that ‘Hitlerism has perhaps saved
German Jewry, which was being assimilated into annihilation.’

relations with the Nazis. Anti-Semitism has always had a fatal
attraction for the Zionist movement, which most Jews saw as a form of Jewish
anti-Semitism.

Meanwhile Starmer has gone out of his way to support the
Genocide. When Lammy said Israel had broken international human rights law by
its blockade of Gaza for 15 days, Starmer’s
spokesman contradicted him by saying that Israel ‘was at risk’ of breaking the law but in
any case the government cannot form an opinion as that is the job of the
courts.

Liar Starmer never had any problem calling out Russia’s
breaking of law and accusing it of war crimes in Ukraine. But when it comes to
the Palestinians Starmer has reiterated his former view that preventing the
entry of food, fuel, medicines etc. is perfectly alright. Starmer is beyond
despicable. A corrupt Zionist who was top of the list when it cames to freebies.
Even his wife’s knickers were donated! Starmer has unflinchingly backed up
Trump on Israel.
The
Palestine solidarity movement in Britain must redouble its efforts to stop
Starmer, Lammy and all the other war criminals.
