Why Labour Against the Witchhunt & Labour-in-Exile-Network Should Merge

With the Collapse of the Corbyn Project there is a clear choice between Building a Socialist Movement or Retreating into the Politics of Sectarianism

Ken Loach absolutely DESTROYS Keir Starmer (doubledown.news)

Starmer and Evans are conducting a scorched earth policy inside the Labour Party. They are determined to complete what Blair began, making the Labour Party safe for capitalism. That is why, on July 20th Labour Against the Witchhunt and Labour-in-Exile-Network were proscribed. It is on that basis that Ken Loach, Jo Bird and many others have been expelled.

Any socialist of note, indeed anyone who sticks their head above the parapet, is likely to be expelled. But whereas the Labour Party is now a ‘hostile environment’ to socialists, racists like Trevor Philips (‘Muslims are a nation within a nation’) and Luke Stanger (‘travellers are a nasty blight on society’) are quietly readmitted to the Labour Party. Anti-racists and socialists are expelled on the pretext that they ‘undermine the Labour Party’s ability to campaign against racism’ even though Labour under Starmer has done nothing about racism.

Recent expulsions include Graham Bash, Editor of Labour Briefing with 53 years of membership, and Cllr. Jo Bird, both of whom are Jewish. Pamela Fitzpatrick, a much respected Councillor in Harrow and a member of the Campaign for Labour Party Democracy has also been expelled.  Pamela made a number of complaints about people like Stanger abusing and harassing her and the Labour Party’s response has been to expel the victim and readmit the abusers.

Very few politicians tell the unvarnished truth but never can there be two leaders of the two main parties, Starmer and Johnson, who suffer from truthophobia. Both of them, quite literally, have an allergic reaction to telling the truth.

As Skwawkbox notedJust days after Keir Starmer told a Labour Friends of Israel (LFI) gathering that his would be a party for all Jews’, Jo Bird, a Jewish councillor in Wirral was expelled. Indeed if you are Jewish in the Labour Party you are 5 times more likely to be expelled for ‘anti-Semitism’ than if you are non-Jewish!  This is the parallel universe of the Labour Right. Anti-racist Jews aren’t Jews.

The blame for this state of affairs can be laid at the feet of Jeremy Corbyn and Lansman’s Momentum. It was they who accepted the false ‘anti-Semitism’ narrative of the right-wing, that Labour was ‘overrun by anti-Semitism’. It was they who supported the IHRA misdefinition of anti-Semitism. It was Corbyn and Lansman who supported the expulsion of Jackie Walker, Marc Wadsworth, Ken Livingstone, Chris Williamson and myself.

Starmer and Johnson leapt to the defence of Israel's racist Ambassador

We are now seeing exactly what the Right meant by ‘anti-Semitism’ – a defence of the nakedly racist Israeli Ambassador Tzipi Hotovely and the expulsion of Jewish anti-racists from the Labour Party.

Hotovely was the person who, as Chair of the Knesset’s Womens Committee, invited the overtly fascist Lehava group to give testimony. Lehava, like the Jewish Nazis they are, oppose Jews and Arabs having personal/sexual relationships and they go hunting for Arabs in ‘Jewish areas’ in order to beat them up. This is the vile creature that Starmer and Angela Rayner defended.

Starmer was elected on the basis of 10 Pledges, which were based on the Corbyn Manifesto. Since his election he has abandoned every single pledge. Pledge number 1 was to reverse the Tory cuts to Corporation Tax.  When the Tories did increase it Starmer opposed it!

Ken Loach Interview with The Canary

Jo Bird spoke for many when she said that

‘I’m delighted the Labour Party has expelled me today. I’m free from fear about speaking and meeting with other people.... This racist Labour Party is dying as a vehicle for social justice.’

Ken Loach said of his expulsion that ‘it’s like leaving an abusive relationship’.

As thousands continue to stream out of the Labour Party and hundreds, if not thousands, fall foul of the witchhunt, a responsibility rests upon 2 of the 4 proscribed groups, Labour-in-Exile-Network and Labour Against the Witchhunt to organise, both those who are still inside the Labour Party and those who are now outside the party into a coherent socialist movement as opposed to a separate party.

Whereas Gordon Brown went from Stalin to Mr Bean, Starmer has gone from Mr Bean to Stalin

That is why the two All Members Meetings (All Members Meeting) this Friday and Saturday of LIEN and LAW are so important and I urge people to attend.  At these meetings motions will be proposed that the 2 organisations should merge. If you are not already a member of one or both groups then you should join now. You can join LIEN here and LAW here.

Luke Stanger, a vile racist and friend of Hove's right-wing MP Peter Kyle (Vice Chair of LFI) is readmitted to the Labour Party

LIEN’s Steering Committee has voted in favour of merger or consolidation of both organisations, since LIEN was in many ways an outgrowth of LAW. At one time 3 members of the LAW SC were also on LIEN’s SC . However LAW’s Steering Committee, under the influence of Labour Party Marxists, has come out against a merger with only myself, out of 6 members, in favour of merging with LIEN.

Trevor Phillips - another genuine racist readmitted to the Labour Party

At the LAW AMM on July 24 a motion was passed to explore the merging of Labour Against the Witchhunt and Labour In Exile Network’. Moved by Tina Werkmann (who has since changed her mind) the motion read:

 This meeting believes that:

1.   Unity is strength. While there are obvious political differences in the history of both groups, the composition of both memberships and some campaigning priorities, we believe that both groups have enough in common politically to justify a possible merger.

2.   Such a merger would send out a strong signal to many of those who are feeling disheartened and politically disoriented by the current trajectory of the Labour Party.

3.   It might encourage more people and groups to join our merged organisation.

4.    This meeting therefore resolves to start exploring a merger process between both organisations...

At a joint LLA, LAW and LIEN members and supporters meeting on October 14 a motion moved by Tina Werkmann stated:

Unity is strength. While there are obvious political differences in the history of the three groups, the composition of their memberships and some campaigning priorities, we believe that they have enough in common politically to start bringing their forces closer together by setting up joint campaigns, joint educational events and joint meetings of the respective leaderships.

Amendment number 8 moved by me stating that

A merger of LAW and LIEN in the light of the recent proscriptions and attacks on the left in the Labour Party would be extremely welcome

was passed by 43-25. Amendment 6 by Diana Isserlis calling explicitly for a new socialist movement passed by 44-31.

Amendment 4 moved by Roger Silverman calling for

the establishment of a common transitional movement uniting socialist activists both within and outside the Labour Party

was passed by 61-15.

Amendment 3 moved by Diana Isserlis calling for a new organisation to

co-operate with forces inside and outside the Labour Party, pursue campaigns linked with the wider socialist movement, build a socialist movement including those inside and outside the Labour Party

was passed by 45-26 and Amendment 2 from me calling for the new combined organisation ‘to organise shadow CLPs to include ex-members and current members of the Labour Party’ was passed by 54-11.  By way of contrast a wrecking amendment from LPM, deleting half of the motion was heavily defeated by 58-12.

The amended motion was passed by 63-11. In other words except for the hard core supporters of LPM just about everybody else agreed with the strategy of merger.

The LPM, which is the Communist Party of Great Britain, which produces the Weekly Worker. It is a small group of around 30-40 members which has stayed approximately the same size since it was formed from The Leninist over 30 years ago.

Their strategy, if it can be called that, is to form a mass revolutionary Marxist party which will, with the support of the unions, force the Labour Party into becoming a ‘united front of a special kind’.  In the meantime LPM simply writes off the hundreds of thousands of people who joined the Labour Party after the victory of Jeremy Corbyn and the millions who voted for the 2017 manifesto as having the ‘wrong’ politics. There is a complete failure to understand what the Corbyn project represented and how to build on it.

LPM is therefore fiercely opposed to such a merger or indeed any attempt to build the left other than temporary alliances with already existing left groups like CLPD or LRC in the Labour Party. It dismisses all attempts to build anything outside the Labour Party as a Labour Party Mark II.

At the November 9 Steering Committee Stan Keable submitted the following motion:

The LAW steering committee resolves to withdraw from the recent joint meetings with the steering committees of Labour in Exile Network and Labour Left Alliance, and to end LAW’s participation in joint all members and supporters meetings.

The joint steering committee meetings, while nominally favouring continuing the struggle in the Labour Party, have in fact been dominated by proposals to orientate away from Labour, to give up on the struggle within Labour, and to attempt to create an alternative movement or party based on the failed politics of Corbynism, aiming to keep together the thousands of disillusioned comrades at all costs. Far from rearming and rallying the left, we believe such a project will only add to the widespread demoralization and disorientation of the Labour left that already exists.

However, we wish those comrades well, and will seek to co-operate with them wherever possible. Meanwhile, LAW has a tremendous job on its hands in fighting the ongoing witch-hunt.

Unsurprisingly at the LAW All Members Meeting this Saturday LPM will move Motion 2 which is titled:  Reject liquidation of LAW! Keep the focus on Labour!

The merger or consolidation of LAW and LIEN is called ‘liquidation’ a favourite word in sections of the left. The motion is the height of unreality. It fails to take account that the atmosphere of McCarthyism and vitriol inside the Labour Party, the harassment and bullying of activists has produce a situation where over 150,000 members have simply left with thousands more likely to do so.

It is crystal clear that there is little or nothing that LAW can do to combat the present witchhunt. As Ken Loach said ‘democracy is dead inside the Labour Party.’ In a situation where Labour Party apparatchiks manipulate and make up the rules to get rid of their enemy, where nobody on the left can even become a councillor or MP anymore, it is impossible to fight the witchhunt. There are no hearings before panels anymore because there are no hearings. Thanks to Corbyn and Formby fast-track expulsions have become the norm.

In the present situation the question is whether we can build a new movement from amongst those who were part of the Corbyn movement. The LPM prefers to inhabit a sectarian ghetto of 30-40 to the more difficult task of organising with people who will not always share hard line Marxist politics.

What they are advocating, behind their talk of Solidarity with all victims of the Labour witch-hunt! Step up the fight! is nothing less than an abandonment of any fight whatsoever.  Given that virtually no supporters of LPM are even inside the Labour Party their resolution is pure wind, rhetoric without any purpose.

As LIEN says on its website

The main aim of the Labour In Exile Network is to keep together all those who were mobilised and enthused to support Jeremy Corbyn for leader to continue the fight for democracy and socialism. This includes those who remain in the Labour Party, those who have been unfairly suspended or expelled in the last five years and those who have resigned from the Labour Party in despair of the party’s direction of travel under Keir Starmer and Dave Evans.

There is nothing whatsoever in this which is incompatible with the aims and purpose of LAW.

At the meetings on November 26 and 27 Esther Giles and myself will be moving a motion calling for the ‘consolidation  of Labour Against the Witchhunt and Labour-in-Exile-Network into one organisation.

There will therefore be a clear choice facing members as to whether or not to continue the fight against Starmer, but not necessarily on Labour Party terrain since that has now become enemy territory.

The stance of LPM raises wider questions. How does the Marxist and anti-capitalist left build in a situation which is anything but revolutionary. Is the Bolshevik model the only one for Marxists today? Why is it that there has been no workers’ revolution since 1917? Is the working class of the West potentially revolutionary? What is the relevance of modern movements such as Black Lives Matter to revolutionary change? Does the pending climate catastrophe dictate a change in tactics and strategy?

However when you are obsessed with what dead Bolsheviks said or didn’t say a hundred years ago, such questions seem otiose.

Whatever your views please come and have your say and if you are not a member of both organisations then it’s not too late to join!

Below is an Open Letter to Members of Labour Against the Witchhunt and Labour-in-Exile-Network from Carel Buxton, Roger Silverman, Esther Giles and myself to members explaining why we think that a merger of LIEN and LAW is necessary.

Educating Ourselves about Zionism and its Subversion of a Democratic Political Party - 4 Videos

It’s been a busy couple of weeks –well attended Zoom meetings and the usual Zionist Campaigns Against Free Speech

Reinstate Jeremy Corbyn! End the witch hunt! Saturday October 31 2020

What is Zionism  -Tony Greenstein and Moshe Machover -  Monday November 5th

Brighton & Hove LLA Meeting Reinstate Corbyn Friday 6 11 20

The Campaign to Topple Jeremy Corbyn: A webinar hosted by Miko Peled Monday November 9th 2020

Labour anti-Zionist Moshe Machover says he is ‘proud’ to share platform with those accused of antisemitism - Jewish Chronicle 9th November 2020

See below Open letter to the Labour leader, Labour Disputes and Labour Legal Queries

One of the few good things about the lockdown is the number of meetings that have sprung up on-line with large audiences. Even better the Zionist lobby can do nothing about them.

I have taken part in four meetings in the past 2 weeks, beginning with a Brighton and Hove LAW meeting on 31st October calling for an End to the Suspension of Jeremy Corbyn and the Witchhunt.  Speakers including Chris Williamson, the former MP for Derby North and 3 of the most prominent victims of the witchhunt – Jackie Walker, Marc Wadsworth and myself.

This was followed by What is Zionism, with Moshe Machover and myself explaining the background to this reactionary movement of Jewish supremacy so beloved of anti-Semites. Chris Williamson chaired the discussion with Tina Werkman.

Moshe threw out a challenge, which the Jewish Chronicle reported. In an Open Letter in Weekly Worker Machover reminded Keir Starmer, that in October 2017 he was expelled from the Labour Party and reinstated less than a month later, after a deluge of protests. Machover pointed to the fact that he denies that there is an anti-Semitism problem in the Labour Party and asked Starmer what he is going to do about it and whether his views are incompatible with membership of the Labour Party since he is classed as a ‘denialist’!

‘Denialism’ which Corbyn repeated like a hypnotised parrott, holds that if you deny that there is a problem of Labour anti-Semitism then you are also anti-Semitic! Which is like saying if you plead not guilty in court then that is proof of your guilt?

‘Denialism’ is what those who conducted the witch trials in Salem, New England in the 17th Century subscribed to. As Elizabeth Reis wrote:

“During examinations, accused women were damned if they did and damned if they did not. If they confessed to witchcraft charges, their admissions would prove the cases against them; if they denied the charges, their very intractability, construed as the refusal to admit to sin more generally, might mark them as sinners and hence allies of the devil.”

The only women who were hanged at Salem were those who denied their guilt. This is the pathetic nonsense that Corbyn and Formby signed up to. Just as Corbyn pushed through the fast track expulsion procedures that has meant that hundreds of people expelled haven’t even had a hearing. Now Corbyn himself may fall victim to it.

On Friday 6th November Brighton & Hove Labour Left Alliance organised a local meeting against the suspension of Jeremy Corbyn. Howard Beckett, Assistant Secretary-General of UNITE and an opponent of Corbyn’s suspension was due to speak. Unfortunately after the Zionists objected to him speaking alongside myself, as an expelled person, he pulled out.

Like so many on the Labour left who oppose Corbyn’s suspension Beckett doesn’t seem to realise that bowing to the McCarthyist dictats of the Zionists and Board of Deputies also means also subscribing to the rationale for Corbyn’s suspension and probable expulsion. The fake anti-Semitism campaign, which was devised with the purpose of overthrowing Corbyn, needs to be called out not heeded. Giving comfort to its authors simply legitimates the campaign.

On November 9th I was pleased to take part in a round table discussion hosted by Israeli Jewish anti-Zionist Miko Peled with Chris Williamson and Asa Winstanley, the London-based journalist with Electronic Intifada. We had an excellent discussion on the fake ‘anti-Semitism’ campaign with a large audience in attendance, both on Zoom, Youtube and Facebook.

All of these meetings were well attended and subject to the usual Zionist attentions. Unfortunately for the Zionists, as they were taking place on the Internet they couldn’t engage in their usual trick, which is phoning up venues to get the meetings cancelled because of ‘anti-Semitism’ and if that doesn’t work getting people to ring them up and abuse them.

Tony Greenstein

Dear comrades

I am a member of the Labour Party, Hampstead and Kilburn CLP.

In early October 2017 I received a letter (dated October 3) from Sam Matthews, then the party’s Head of Disputes, expelling me from the party. The letter contained an insinuation that I had published an “anti-Semitic article”. This smear was not only false, but entirely gratuitous, as the reason given for my expulsion had nothing to do with the content of the article in question. That reason, however, was found to be ineffectual, and my expulsion was rescinded in a letter from the said Sam Matthews, dated October 26 2017.

I have since then demanded several times an apology for the ‘anti-Semitism’ smear; but my demands were ignored.

I now have pleasure in drawing your attention to my article, ‘An immoral dilemma: The trap of Zionist propaganda’ (Journal of Palestine Studies Vol XLVII, No4, summer 2018), attached herewith; to my article ‘Messianic Zionism: the ass and the red heifer’ (Monthly Review February 2020); and to my article, ‘Weaponising “anti-Semitism”’ (Weekly Worker April 23 2020).

Please advise me whether, in your considered opinion, public expression of the views put forward in these articles is compatible with my membership of the Labour Party. If it is not, I would respectfully ask you to point out specifically which of these views are incompatible with membership. I wish to add that I am determined to continue advocating these views.

I am writing this as an open letter, because the issues that it involves are not private, but of concern to members and supporters of the party, and indeed to the general public.

Sincerely

Moshé Machover

Starmer Promised to Tear Anti-Semitism Out of the Labour Party ‘By Its Roots’

Little Did We Know That He Would Achieve This By Driving Out Mark Elf, a Jewish ambulance driver and other Anti-Zionist and Anti-racist Jews

Today we are seeing the Labour Party being purged of Jewish anti-Zionists, Black and Muslim members in order to satisfy racists like Margaret Hodge. Hodge is the Parliamentary Chair of the Jewish Labour Movement. The JLM describes itself as the ‘sister party’ of the almost defunct racist Israeli Labor Party.
In 2007 New Labour Home Secretary Alan Johnson accused Hodge of ‘using the language of the BNP’ after she said that ‘British families had a "legitimate sense of entitlement" over immigrants.’ The BNP wrote that
‘'Labour MP Margaret Hodge deserves a word of compliment from the BNP for her efforts to raise the thorny issue of social housing for native Britons, an issue that has been in our manifesto for years,'
This is the woman who had the audacity to call Jeremy Corbyn ‘a fucking anti-Semite’.
I’ve known Mark Elf for well over a decade from our work in Jews Against Zionism. He is a working class Jew. He was one of the most active people in the campaign against the anti-Semitic Gilad Atzmon. He was one of those picketed Atzmon when he spoke at an SWP meeting in Bookmarks in June 2005.
Surprise, surprise, at the end of April Mark was suspended from the Labour Party after the usual false allegations, ‘tropes’, were made against him by the usual anonymous Zionist sources.
The tax dodger who covered up child abuse in Islington and who the BNP praised for her stance on housing White people, was reborn as an opponent of 'anti-Semitism' when Jeremy Corbyn came to power
At this time Mark was working as a volunteer ambulance driver during the COVID-19 crisis. Everyday he was risking his life in order to help sick people survive. The Labour bureaucrats who were searching his social media, they went back as far as 2007 in their search for dirt, risked nothing in their attempts to purge the Labour Party of Jewish anti-racists. These pathetic worms had nothing better to do with their miserable lives than to ‘prove’ someone is racist by digging deep into their social media.
Although Mark was finally reinstated he was so appalled by a process whereby the racists administering Labour's purge are suspending and expelling anti-racists for 'anti-Semitism' that he has now resigned from the Labour Party.
Racism exists in society such as when the Police stop Black (not Jewish) people for driving a car on the assumption that they must be up to no good.  Racism doesn’t exist on social media as an actualite.  No one has died from a tweet but they do die when American Police, thanks to training from Israeli Police, put their knees on people’s necks.
There is nothing more that Zionists hate than Jewish anti-Zionists.  In their eyes we are ‘traitors’kapos’  or their favourite term, borrowed from the Nazi lexicon, ‘self haters’. Mark’s real offence is being an anti-racist Jew.
Mark wrote a cutting and devastating reply to Labour’s pen pushers calling into question both their integrity and competence. Mark pointed out that
‘whoever it is besmirching my character appears to have been stalking me online for some years going back at least to 2007. That being the case, they must know that my suspension has come at a time when I have been engaged in a project as an ambulance driver taking Covid19 patients to and from hospital. In my work I am more exposed than most people to a potentially deadly virus and it is known that stress makes people more vulnerable to sickness of many kinds, especially viruses, than during normal times. You are aware that your actions are intrinsically stressful because you have lately been including details of the Samaritans in case you drive people to suicide. In doing this you are confirming rumours that people are indeed taking their own lives because of the hurt you are doing to them.
You have to wonder what it is that is going through the mind of the scabs and pond life that the Labour Party employs in these investigations. Jack London summed them up best when he wrote ‘Ode to a scab’
After God had finished the rattlesnake, the toad, and the vampire, He had some awful substance left with which He made a scab. A scab is a two-legged animal with a corkscrew soul, a waterlogged brain, and a combination backbone made of jelly and glue. Where others have hearts, he carries a tumor of rotten principles.

It says everything you need to know about the Jewish Labour Movement that their Parliamentary Chair is someone who was praised by the British National Party
When the Labour Party ‘campaign against anti-Semitism’ involves suspending and expelling Jewish anti-Zionists then you know what this is really about. It is as if, during the years of Apartheid in South Africa, the Labour Party had applauded the Nationalist Party for the attacks it made on Whites opposed to Apartheid. The sad truth is that the Labour Party today is run by racists in the interests of racists.
There is nothing, absolutely nothing, in the 6 pieces of ‘evidence’ that were sent to Mark, that is in any way anti-Semitic. They are all criticisms of Zionism, Israel or their supporters and lobbyists.
It is abundantly clear that Labour’s ‘anti-Semitism witchhunt is a war against discussion and a war against intellectual debate. It is Labour’s equivalent of book burning whereby any phrase or quote can be torn out of context and slotted into a compartment titled ‘anti-Semitism’.
It is a war of barbarians against any civilised discourse. It’s no surprise that one of Mark’s target, the CST, has written again to Bristol University demanding the sacking of Professor David Miller for having criticised them this week in a Zoom meeting.
The aim of the witchhunt is to prevent any discussion of Israel’s war crimes and the role of Zionism in enabling those crimes.
Gerald Ronson - owner of the largest private company in Britain - Heron - and an extreme racist and Islamaphobe
The biggest joke is where the Draft Charges state that Item 5 of the ‘evidence’ ‘Undermines Labour’s ability to campaign against any form of racism.’ What campaign?  What undermines Labour’s ability to campaign against racism is an ‘anti-Semitism’ campaign in support of the State of Israel, the most racist state in the world. By proclaiming that British Jews effectively destroyed Corbyn the campaign has done its best to aid anti-Semitism.

What has stopped a campaign against racism has been the record of previous Labour governments in demonising asylum seekers, and first launching the ‘hostile environment’ policy that the Tories under Theresa May adopted with such relish.

The Witchhunter’s Six Pieces of ‘Evidence’
1.           This is a tweet that attacks the Zionist Community Security Trust for combining security for the Jewish community with lobbying on behalf of Israel.  It was founded by anti-Muslim Zionist bigot Gerald Ronson, convicted of share-trading fraud in the 1980s and gaoled as part of the Guinness fraud trial, who is the Chair of the CST’s trustees. There is of course nothing anti-Semitic about it.

In Ronson’s 2017 address to the CST Annual Dinner, he said:

“I don’t doubt that the Labour leader opposes anti-Semitism when it comes from Nazis but when it comes dressed up as anti-Zionism he is more likely to ask if he can join in. This is far more subversive than the danger posed by Nazis.”
And this is the Zionist attitude to anti-Semitism that lies behind the false allegations of ‘anti-Semitism’ that were levelled at Corbyn and the Labour Left by groups like the CST. It is not neo-Nazism or White Supremacist that is the danger, as we can see with Israel’s alliance with Donald Trump and the open admiration for Israel by neo-Nazis such as Richard Spencer, who describes himself as a ‘White Zionist’, and Andrei Brevik. It is opposition to Zionism which they fear and hate.

2.           The second item dates back 13 years to 2007.  It appears to be a comment on Mark’s blog. It talks about the ‘propensity to dishonesty’’ of many if not most Jews with respect to Israel. It says that Jews are heading to disaster as a result of a ‘culture of deceit’.
It is a discussion by one Jew about the Jewish community. In so far as most Jews in Britain are fooling themselves about Israel being the only democracy in the Middle East and a light unto nations, Mark is correct.  There is unfortunately an obtuse political culture among British Jews aimed at blotting out anything unpleasant that Israel does and hiding behind a curtain labelled ‘anti-Semitism’.
It is no surprise that Labour’s tawdry investigators, who in different times would have been employed by the Stasi or Gestapo, pounce against any intellectual debate or discussion because anything cerebral disturbs them automatically. Zionism depends on people accepting its myths and bogus assertions as if they were articles of faith.
3.           Item 3 is an innocuous piece about the right-wing and pro-Zionist nature of the British press.  Presumably telling the truth is also anti-Semitic.
4.           Item  4 is a tweet about how the fake ‘anti-Semitism’ campaign has helped genuine anti-Semites and racists, like Boris Johnson, into power. It is an expression of opinion.  Perhaps the observation that the Board of Deputies and the Zionists helped a genuine racist and anti-Semite, Boris Johnson, into power touched a raw nerve.
5.           Item 5 simply says that most of the allegations of ‘anti-Semitism’ have been made by racists like the JLM and LFI.  It is in response to a tweet by Margaret Hodge, the Islington Council leader who covered up for child abuse and who Tony Blair then made Childrens’ Minister! It was like putting the fox in charge of the chicken coop.
Yes she even had to pay libel damages to one of the victims who she defamed. Hodge is complaining that those suspended still have the right to vote in Labour elections.  Unfortunately no one seems to have told the Hodge that being suspended is like being charged in a court.  You are presumed to be innocent until guilty.  Presumably the Hodge thinks that the accused in the Labour Party should be treated like Arabs in Israel and that merely being charged should be evidence of guilt.
6.           Is a tweet about how someone is in denial about Zionist collaboration with the Nazis.  The Zionist movement in Britain during the Holocaust was a Quisling movement that sought to work with the Jews oppressors.  Their only aim was to create a ‘Jewish’ state.  The Jews themselves were discarded. Even an Israeli court in 1955 decided that the leader of Hungarian Zionism, Rudolf Kasztner was a collaborator but Zionists today in the JLM don’t like to be reminded of their history.
Below is the first page of Mark’s response to the witchhunters.  The rest of it, which is mainly a response to the witchhunters can be seen here.
Letter of Response of Mark Elf to Witchhunters (page 1)
Dear Comrades

This is my reply to your email of 30 April 2020 and the Draft Charge and Questions.

In my response I will be calling into question both your integrity and your competence.

First, I must say that I am disgusted that whoever it is besmirching my character appears to have been stalking me online for some years going back at least to 2007. Whoever's bidding you are doing in this is deliberately seeking to appear ruthless and they are succeeding at that. They may even cause antisemitism by their/your actions. And of course by following instructions instead of telling the complainant to consider what they are doing and to back off during this time, you are culpable for your own actions.

In my case, the false allegations against me, including your own rehashing of apparently genuine quotes to make them appear like generalisations against my fellow "Jewish people" rather than comments about a state, some people and certain named organisations which they obviously were, you aren't causing me hurt except I do find it sad that you have resorted to such dishonesty. I also worry that you can't seem to distinguish between various social media (see my take on question 2. I now realise why your reordering of my comments looks so strange with a tweet from c 2020, two blog comments from 2007 and then three tweets from c 2020). Also you might be acting on a distortion of the McPherson Principle which is supposed to arise out of offensive incidents not invented ones and it doesn’t allow for a bogus definition of any form of racism, especially one which is internally contradictory and racist in its own right.

You can read Mark's full response to Labour's witchhunters here
