Guardian Prints Jewish Anti-Zionist Letter - Those Behind the False Anti-Semitism Campaign SUPPORTED the 2014 Immigration Act that led to the Windrush Scandal

Jews are NOT an oppressed minority – Jews do not fear being deported

The printed version

The Internet version

Pete Willsman - dumped on by Lansman - Once again Momentum's dictator is allowed to get away with scabbing attacks on socialists
A letter from 15 Jewish people to the Guardian was printed today.  The Internet version was uncut whereas the printed version omitted the part relating to Tom Watson and the support of the Labour Right for the Tories racist 2014 Immigration Act.  An Act which led directly to the Windrush scandal.  The Internet Version also contained all 15 names whereas the printed version had only 11 names.
It is noticeable that those who are so concerned about ‘anti-Semitism’ in the Labour Party were the same racist scum – Chuka Ummuna, Wes Streeting, John Mann, Louise Ellman et al. – who supported the 2014 Immigration Act which introduced the ‘hostile environment policy’ which led to the Windrush Scandal wherein at least 70 Black citizens of this country were deported.
The Zionist dictator who heads up Momentum
Jews are WHITE and PRIVILEGED in this society. They do not experience anything other than a marginal prejudice despite the attempts of the Zionist Community Security Trust to talk up anti-Semitic attacks.
The letter is a welcome antidote to the nonsense that we hear everyday about the false anti-Semitism narrative.  When they go on about ‘fake news’ has there ever been a better example of it than the media’s Orwellian lie of Labour anti-Semitism?   The tragedy is that Corbyn, at the behest of his malevolent familiar, Jon Lansman, has bought into this nonsense.
I also understand, speaking of Zionist scum that Lansman only managed to remove Pete Willsman from the JC9 slate by a vote of 4-3 of the Momentum officer’s group.  The rest of Lansman’s National Co-ordinating Group weren’t even consulted!  That is where the democracy of Momentum has ended up.  The majority of the JC9 candidates however continue to support Willsman.

Employment Tribunals - Guardian Letter

Abolition of Fees for Claimants

Three weeks ago I did a post Supreme Court Abolishes Employment Tribunal Fees - Thank the Lib Dems, Jo Swinson & Vince Cable for introducing them and also sent a letter into the Guardian.

Unfortunately I must have missed it and it has only just been pointed out to me.  So until I get a hard copy, I will have to make do with a copy from the Internet!

Guardian Prints Letter in Response to God Awful Leader

In its eagerness to vilify Livingstone, the Guardian Abandons Free Speech

The Guardian really surpassed itself in an outrageous editorial The Guardian view on Labour and Ken Livingstone: wrong decision, terrible message.

The editorial could have written by Benjamin Netanyahu.  It spoke about 'the idea that an accusation of antisemitism is a weapon deployed by Jews (usually for decorum’s sake recast as “Zionists”) for nefarious purposes.'

In other words Jews and Zionists are one and the same - which is an anti-Semitic trope that the Zionists (& fascists) regularly employ.  Anti-Semitic because the logic of saying this is that all Jews are culpable for the barbarities of Israel.  All Jews are supporters of Israel.

The idiot who wrote this editorial also believes that if someone claims they are the victims of racism, then they must be believed:  they wrote that:

'In modern times it is not Labour’s normal practice to belittle the views of those who say they have been victims of racial prejudice, to query their motives and to reject the premises of their complaint'.

I suspect anti-Zionists Jews who are the victims of anti-Semitism, usually at the hands of Zionists, won't be believed.  It means that when the National Front in their Rights for Whites campaign say that White people in Britain are the real victims of racism we must believe them.

Freedland has also said that as 93% of Jews in Britain identify with Israel (which is incorrect) then it is anti-Semitic to oppose Israel.  It is like saying that if some African people say that Female Genital Mutilation is part of their cultural heritage we must not oppose it for fear of racism.  Or if some Muslims claim that the Chadoor/Niqab is part of their religious heritage it would be racist to criticise this oppressive garb?

It is the type of idiocy that Jonathan Freedland has been pushing at the Guardian.  Jewish identity is centred around Israel, ipso facto it is racist to question it.  And if there had been a substantial body of White people who were ethnically linked to South Africa then it would have been equally racist to have called out Apartheid in days gone by.

It is this illiterate ruling class 'anti-racism' which is the justification for real racism.  Of course claims of racism should be closely examined for fraud and impostors.  Jews who support Israel are wrong.  Often they are racists and bigots and the past history of the Holocaust is no excuse.  On the contrary, Jews of all people should have learnt from the holocaust that all racism is wrong.

Freedland has learnt nothing.  At least the Guardian printed my letter uncut.

Labour's Compliance Unit and Iain McNicol Openly Carry out Mass Electoral Fraud

Instead of Stuffing the Ballot Box They Take Votes Out of It!

As our letter in today’s Guardian says, if Labour Party General Secretary Iain McNicol were presiding over a local authority or parliamentary election, he would be facing years inside for corrupt electoral practices.

What type of a Party is it where leading officials spend their time poring over party membership lists in order to prevent as many as possible voting for the ‘wrong’ candidate?
Ron Draper of the Bakers & Allied Workers Union has been suspended - why?  for this photo
We have a situation where a billionaire member, Lord Sainsbury, gave £2m to the Liberal-Democrats, another party, yet members who previously supported the Green Party are banned from voting.  A situation where previous supporters of the Tories, Lib Dems and UKIP are welcomed into the Labour Party but anyone who has ever supported a party to the left of the Labour Party is banned.
Iain McNicol has a contempt for Labour members - Corbyn's first act should be to send him packing - 'surplus to requirements'
Sainsbury has form.  He previously funded the Social Democratic Party and then David Owen’s breakaway SDP.  His commitment is to his own class and subverting the politics of socialism.
McNicol is a liar - the decision to suspend someone is made by officials and rubber stamped by right-wing NEC members such as Baxter below
Johanna Baxter, who was kicked off the NEC by party members, is  taking her revenge by suspending some of them.  Every night she takes home a large spreadsheet of those to purge
McNicol, Stolliday and co. are the political detritus that is left from the days of Blair.   When corrupt privateers laid claim to chunks of the NHS under the motto of ‘whatever works’, even though it was clear that privatisation could only work to the benefit of the wage cutters and the profiteers.  It was the days when attacks on unions, refugees, benefit claimants were  fine but regulating the City of London was not fine, at least until the banks went cap in hand for over £300 billion in handouts.
hopefully Chuku's Streatham LP will be intensely relaxed about deselecting someone who consider most LP members and constituents beneath him
It was the days when Jack Straw, Stephen Byers and others in New Labour lent themselves out like cab for hire, open to any bidder willing to pay them for parliamentary influence.  This is because corruption and right-wing politics go hand in hand.  It was a time when Peter Mandelson, the 'Prince of Darkness' was 'intensely relaxed' about people becoming filthy rich and even more intensely relaxed about poverty, cutting benefits and demonising unions.  But even if Mandelson has now recanted,  his political successor, Chuku Ummuna 'admires the New Labour godfather as a champion of industrial activism'
Shami Chakrabarti - despite her Report giving the Zionists and the Right much of what they wanted, it called for an open and transparent disciplinary process - that was too much for Iain McNicol who has ignored its recommendations that peoples' social media past should not be trawled
The idea that the Labour Party might stand for an alternative to the present free market economy is anathema to New Labour.  Defence of capitalism and the free market is the real reason for today’s purge.  They first started off with false accusations of ‘anti-Semitism’ although no one has yet presented any evidence of this ‘anti-Semitism’.  When Shami Chakrabarti produced a report which stated that the Labour Party wasn’t overrun with anti-Semitism she was savaged, her peerage being the excuse for vitriolic and vicious personal attacks.

A week ago  I cited an article in the Telegraph that thousands of Labour Party members were to be expelled for anti-Semitism.  I wrote that anti-Semitism was now a weapon of mass expulsion.  Clearly McNicol and fellow conspirators realised that they might have a hard time proving that there had been a sudden outbreak of anti-Semitism in the Labour Party.
Instead people have been barred from voting and suspended for the most trivial things. Catherine Starr tweeted that ‘I fucking love the Foo Fighters” a band.  That was enough to merit a ban.  Presumably using the word ‘fuck’ gets you banned now!  Harrow Councillor Pamela Fitzpatrick was banned for ‘rudeness’ at a meeting.  Amazing, who said?  She wrote that ‘“I was devastated and felt criminalised,” Pamela wrote on Twitter. “Luckily I have had fantastic support - others might feel completely isolated.”  Labour Membership: 7 People Banned From Leadership Election For Bizarre Reasons

I had one woman who has been a member for 25 years who wrote to me yesterday the following:

WHY HAVE I BEEN SUSPENDED ??? I have been a Labour Party member & donor for well over 25 years, supporter for over 50 years, & am also a retired Civil Servant (member of PCS 1971 to date & always VERY polite) & I have NEVER joined ANY other Party, . I was looking forward to voting for Jeremy Corbyn in the Leadership Election (as I did last year), I received an email on 19th saying I would get my ballot, I was told only on 24th on the phone to The Labour Party at 2 pm that I HAD DEFINITELY NOT BEEN BANNED, so why did I get this shocking letter at 6.14 pm ie AFTER the LP office was closed so I couldn't talk to anyone & was awake & stressed all night, I am 69 & housebound with mental health history so a shock like this is APPALLING, PLEASE DO SOMETHING URGENTLY, ie BEFORE it is too late for me to vote, I AM HORRIFIED, I had heard NEC was purging people for supporting JC but NEVER thought it would be me at my age & history, 99% of my political activity this year has been on Twitter but they say they are investigating me for AN email (date unspecified) & I have NO RIGHT TO APPEAL, PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO REINSTATE ME IMMEDIATELY, voting is so VERY important to me, my CLP is looking into this as well but I need all the help I can get.

Those who have suspended this woman on the basis of a tweet, without even bothering to explain to her what she had allegedly done wrong, are the ones who should be expelled.  Their behaviour is far worse than rude, it is insulting and demeaning and cruel.  McNicol and co. should be sent packing the moment Jeremy Corbyn wins the leadership.  And make no mistake – despite McNicol’s attempt to perpetrate an act of fraud and larceny, the support for Jeremy Corbyn is too overwhelming for his efforts to have anything but a marginal effect.

But surprisingly (!) Michael Foster, the right-wing Zionist millionaire who tried to keep Corbyn off the ballot paper and who called Corbyn supporters SA Stormtroopers in the Mail on Sunday, has not been disciplined.  Presumably anyone who isn't a right-wing Progress supporter or a Zionist a Nazi Brownshirt member of the SA is just part and parcel of what passes for polite conversation.

Chakrabarti
McNicol in his malevolence, has ridden a coach and horses through the Report of Shami Chakrabarti and her recommendations.  In the final paragraph of her Forward, Chakrabarti wrote that:
If, as I hope and believe, these recommendations are fully embraced by the Labour Leadership, I ask everyone in the Party to work with them in good faith. I ask for a moratorium on the retrospective trawling of members' social media accounts and past comments, so as to create the much needed atmosphere and opportunity for learning, positive consensus and progressive change.'

In the section Limitation and a Moratorium Chakrabarti wrote that: I further recommend that once my guidance (set out in Chapter 4 above) on appropriate language and behaviour is disseminated, there be a moratorium on triggering new formal investigations (as opposed to informal discussions) on comments and conduct arising prior to my report.’

Despite the National Executive Committee approving this Report, McNicol has completely ignored it in his attempts to rig the election.  Jeremy Corbyn should demonstrate that he has no truck with this behaviour and send McNicol packing after the leadership election.  Let this former GMB political fixer return to previous pastures, along with Tom Watson and let them carry out their wrecking activities there.

Before the crucial NEC meeting of 12 July which put Jeremy Corbyn on the ballot paper, Executive member Jim Kennedy of Unite had a solicitors letter sent to McNicol which bluntly stated that:
You have an obligation as General Secretary to act in good faith.  You personally are required by the Party rules to be transparent and to uphold the aims and values of ‘open democracy’.  The manner in which this special meeting has been arranged has all the hallmarks of anything but “open democracy”.  [my emphasis] McNicol was openly accused of calling the meeting at short notice in order to exclude trade union delegates who are working and live outside London.

McNicol had to be told that he was under a duty to act fairly and that the election of officers should be conducted in a‘fair, open and transparent manner.’  McNicol’s behaviour in other words was anything but fair, open or transparent.

What kind of General Secretary is it who needs to be told that ‘natural justice requires you to act fairly’.  As the experience of the suspensions of the last few days demonstrates, McNicol wouldn’t know what fairness was if it bit him in his nether regions.

The battle is on and the first thing that Jeremy Corbyn and the new NEC should do when they take office is to reverse all the suspensions and possibly conduct an additional ballot of those who were denied a vote in order that their votes are added to the existing vote.  That would be a measure of recompense and would also be a telling demonstration of the corrupt and abusive nature of McNicol’s purge.

Guardian Letter from 22 Jewish people Criticises False Allegations of anti-Semitism at Oxford University Labour Club

As I have already posted, Oxford University Labour Club – An Old Story – Support Palestinians Cry Anti-Semitism  a trumped up, fabricated charge of ‘anti-Semitism’ has been levelled at Oxford University Labour Club for having the temerity to support Oxford’s Israel Apartheid Week.

Its co-Chairperson, Alex Chalmers, resigned because he was unable to tell the difference between opposing Zionist racism and opposing Jews.  His lack of any intellectual prowess is not untypical of the upper class twits that inhabit Oxford University.

It was therefore felt that Chalmers and the Zionists’ rent-a-gob Labour MPs, Louise Ellman and John Mann, were in need of some enlightenment, which is why 22 Jewish people sent a letter to the Guardian last week in response to their coverage.  The Guardian published the letter on the Internet today and it is copied below.

Antisemitism is conspicuous by its absence in your article on “antisemitism” at Oxford University Labour Club.

Antisemitism is abuse, discrimination and hatred of Jews as Jews. Examples of such abuse might be the description of the US ambassador to Israel, Daniel Shapiro, as “a little Jew boy” by former Netanyahu aide Aviv Bushinsky.

If someone had suggested that people should follow the suggestion of the chief rabbi of Safed, Shmuel Eliyahu, that Jews should not rent rooms to Arabs but instead applied an equivalent policy to Oxford’s Jewish students, we could understand and would share the concern.

Perhaps MPs John Mann and Louise Ellman prefer another description for the situation on the West Bank whereby two systems of law operate – one for Palestinians and the other for Jewish settlers? Or why half of Israel’s Arab villages are “unrecognised” and liable to instant demolition, whereas Jewish villages and towns are always recognised?

Whether Israel is an apartheid state or not is a perfectly legitimate political debate. Jewish students can be found on both sides of this debate. It is not, however, antisemitic.

Those who deliberately confuse antisemitism and anti-Zionism give comfort and aid to the real antisemites in our society. Like the boy who cried wolf, they ensure that if antisemitism does rear its ugly head, people will assume that this is just another false accusation.

Obama & Romney – Two Sides of the Same Imperialist Coin

Capitalist Democracy at its finest - the choice between Obama and Romney is no choice at all

When Obama was first elected 4 years ago, amidst much euphoria, my blog post ‘Obama – the Black face of capitalism’ was heavily criticised.  I suspect that today, as Obama wages a drone war in Pakistan, there will be fewer critics.  The only thing going for Obama is that he is not Romney.

A couple of nights ago I was utterly frustrated by the drivel that passes for commentary on the US elections, not least in the Guardian.  Before hitting the pillow, I decided to pen an angry missive.

Comparing the initial version with that which is printed, the only sentence which was cut was ‘To put it bluntly, the Guardian’s coverage of the US Presidential election is just another example of it dumbing down.’
I guess I should have expected that to be cut!  But the point is a somewhat more profound one, which is that we live in societies where multi-national corporation and capital rule.  The Police do their bidding.  Individuals are forced to survive and are pitted, one against another, to keep people from directing their anger at those responsible.  Unemployed v employed, black v white or today Moslem v Christian, and all the other sub-divisions that prevent the poor uniting against the rich.

At the same time we learn that Starbucks, through clever accounting dodges, has paid no tax whatsoever in the past 3 years and virtually none in the past decade on over  £3 billion trade.  Of course Cameron and Clegg will pay lip service to the need to crack down on the spivs, speculators and tax dodgers, but it is the poor who are called ‘benefit thieves’ (New Labour) whilst the rich get away scott free with literally murder.

We have the cascading sexual abuse stories of young children – stories of kids being taken out of their North Wales children’s homes by politicians, lawyers and police to be abused at will.  Of course no one in power knew anything and the judge who presided over the first enquiry made sure that no one was named via a blanket court order.

So it is that the land of the free, the home of western democracy, pits Obama against  Romney, with near enough $1 billion spent on either side to convince people to vote for someone who will go to war on behalf of Mobil and Exxmon.

Truth was that the differences between Romney and Obama were insignificant.  One was more socially liberal and that was it.  Both believe in the use of US military power to enforce a world order whereby the US is ‘entitled’ to help itself to other countries natural resources and in the case of the Middle East by keeping parasitic rulers in power by arming them to the teeth, whilst hypocritically weeping crocodile tears over the dead in Syria’s civil war that they have inflamed.

Cameron is reported in yesterday’s Guardian as defending arms sales to Gulf Rulers such as the blood drenched King of Bahrain as ‘legitimate’.  Presumably his use of torture against doctors and nurses who treated protestors in Bahrain was also ‘legitimate’ as is the practice of cutting of people’s limbs in Saudia Arabia if they steal a loaf of bread whilst the ruling royal family steals the country’s mineral wealth.  http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2012/nov/05/david-cameron-arms-sales-gulf.

The tragedy of it is that there is virtually no socialist opposition to the rule of capital in Britain any longer.
