This is why Zionism is racist – Settler gets 5 years for burning alive 3 Palestinians including a baby

The Israeli ‘Justice’ system demonstrates once again why it is institutionally racist as Lod’s District Court endorses plea bargain

In July 2015 18 month Ali Dawabshe and his parents, Saad and Reham were murdered in their beds when settlers threw petrol bombs inside their house. Only 4 year old Ahmad survived, albeit with 60% burns to his body.
Weeks later Israel’s ‘hilltop youth’ ‘celebrated’ their deaths in a wedding where they were pictured stabbing at pictures of Ali Dawabsheh.

A 19 year old Israeli was convicted at Lod District Court last week, not of murder  but arson.  In fact, because the murderer has already served 3 years on remand he will go free.  The prosecution agreed to a plea deal which allowed the crime to be reduced from murder to arson. Israel’s colonial court had to agree to the plea deal, which of course they did.
Nasr Dawabsheh, a spokesperson for the family, said that "This deal is unfair and encourages the settler gangs to commit more crimes," The Court  threw out several of the accused’s confessions because of torture. If he had been a Palestinian then there is no doubt that his confession would be accepted.  Israel’s military courts in the West Bank have a 99.7% conviction rate because confessions are accepted without question.

This comes on top of the decision of the Israeli authorities to refuse any ‘anti-terrorist’ compensation to the surviving child, Ahmad.  Only Jewish settlers, being citizens, receive such monies and as Ahmad is not Jewish and therefore not a citizen he is not entitled to any compensation for the appalling burns and torment that he suffered. Yoav Mordechai, the IDF coordinator of activities in the West Bank did however deny reports that Israel’s Health Ministry had served the family with a NIS 2 million bill for treatment. Mordechai apparently said that Israel would foot the bill.
Of course if this Israeli teenage killer had been an Arab all would have been different.  When Ahmad Manasra was convicted of attempted murder, he was held on remand until he was 14 years of age in order that he could receive a prison sentence. He was initially sentenced to 12 years, reduced to 9.5 years imprisonment. The two Israelis stabbed did not die and it was his cousin who had inflicted the wounds.

There is a surprisingly good article on the Times of Israel blog, Kill at Will. The Duma Dilemma by Esor Ben-Sorek, a retired professor of Hebrew and Biblical literature who describes himself as a follower of Trumpeldor, Jabotinsky and Begin – all symbols and leaders of Revisionist Zionism. the article is reprinted below.

Palestinian child who survived Zionist Settler Attack Denied Compensation Because He’s Not Jewish

Ahmad Dawabsheh Lost Both Parents and Baby Brother in Petrol Bomb Attack

On July 2015, Jewish settlers threw petrol bombs into the house of the Dawabsheh family burning alive 18 month  Ali Dawabsheh and killing both parents.  There was just one survivor, 4 year old Ahmed Dawabshe, who had 60% burns over his body.

Nearly two years later Israel’s notoriously racist Defence Minister, Avigdor Lieberman, a man who has been convicted of assault on the child of a fellow settler, [Avigdor Lieberman, Convicted Child Beater is Israel's Foreign Minister] announced to fellow racists in the Knesset that not being Jewish, Ahmad would not receive anti-terror compensation.  If members of the settlement outpost, Yishuv HaDaat, had been the victims of a Palestinian terror attack they would automatically have been entitled to compensation.

Liebermann has form when it comes to extreme racism.  He has previously said that he would love nothing more than to drown thousands of Palestinian prisoners in the Dead Sea. Lieberman Blasted for Suggesting Drowning Palestinian Prisoners

The official reason given was that Ahmad was not an Israeli citizen.  All Palestinians living under the occupation and at the mercy of the Jewish settlers cannot be Israeli citizens because they possess no civil or political rights at all.  A different set of laws apply to non-Jews in the Occupied Territories than to Jews.
Israel's fascist foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman
It is noticeable that there have been no protests from other parties, including the Israeli Labour Party to which the Jewish Labour Movement, an affiliate of the British Labour Party, is the overseas wing, because discrimination such as this is accepted as the norm for a Jewish state.

Zionists in this country talk a lot about non-existent anti-Semitism but when it comes to the murder of a child’s family and his own near death, they remain silent.  Anti-Palestinian discrimination does not merit a statement of concern from any British political leader, be it  Theresa May who is much exercised about ‘anti-Semitism’ or Jeremy Corbyn, who on Palestine is Theresa May’s lapdog.

Meanwhile the treatment of little Ahmed Dawabsheh shows, in a microcosm why the Zionist movement and the State of Israel that it created are racist to the core.

Singed picture of the murdered Dawabsheh family retrieved after arson fire destroyed their home
Yesterday brought not one outrage du jour, but two from Israel.  Defense minister Avigdor Lieberman denied 8 year-old Ahmed Dawabshe’s application for the official compensation offered all Israeli Jewish terror victims.  The little boy’s father, mother and baby brother were all burned to death by Jewish settler terrorists.  The attackers haven’t even been tried yet for their crimes though it is nearly two years since the crime.

Lieberman claimed Israel could not recognize Dawabsheh as a terror victim because he’s not an Israeli citizen.  Note, that the Jewish settlers who incinerated both his parents and baby brother live right next door to him in the occupied West Bank and are Israeli citizens.  Yet he is not and so is denied.
Scarred Ahmed Dawabsheh, sole survivor of settler terror attack
Israel further insulted the victim by presenting the PA with a $250,000 medical bill for Ahmed’s care.  Palestinians were outraged at this effrontery, claiming Israel was charging Ahmed for his own care.  Israeli authorities then tried sophistry.  They hadn’t presented any bill to Ahmed.  The world was supposed to interpret that as Israel presented no bill to anyone, which was a lie.
Further, those settlers did not have their homes demolished for their terror attack as any Palestinian attacker would.  And because one of the group of attackers was a Shabak stoolie, this individual hasn’t even been named, charged or prosecuted in Israel (but he was outed here).

How the Hell does Israel have the chutzpah to shrey about a UN report documenting it is an apartheid state, when decisions like this confirm it a hundred-fold??

Israeli Army Searches For Those Who Killed Ali Dawabsheh - By Raiding Palestinian Homes

You might remember Netanyahu visiting members of the Dawabshe family in hospital after the firebomb that killed their 18 month child, Ali.  What Netanyahu was really engaged in was a PR damage limitation exercise.  A condemnation of Jewish terrorism, the detention of the grandson of Rabbi Meir Kahane, the late leader of the Jewish Nazi party Kach to cover up the fact that despite 17 firebombings of mosques and churches in the past two years, Israel’s vaunted internal security police, Shin Bet, doesn’t have a clue as to who makes up the Jewish terror gangs.

And now?  The army betrays its real sympathies with repeated raids on the homes of the Dawabshe family in the village of Duma.  Perhaps it thinks that Ali Dawabshe killed himself?

Following fatal settler attack, Israeli army raids Dawabshe family homes in the West Bank village of Duma

While a man hunt is underway to apprehend the Israeli killers of 18-month old Ali Dawabshe, the Palestinian baby burned to death in a settler arson attack last Friday, for the past two nights more than one hundred Israeli soldiers and Shin Beit security officials have raided the homes of the Dawabshe family in the West Bank village of Duma near Nablus.
Speaking to Mondoweiss via telephone, Nasser Dawabshe, an uncle of the deceased, said that at 2:00 am Wednesday morning 30 Israeli army Jeeps with approximately 150 soldiers arrived in Duma. He said they woke sleeping members of the Dawabshe family, removed them from their houses, and searched the buildings until around 4:30 am.

“I was on my way home when I saw the Jeeps,” Nasser Dawabshe said, explaining that he attempted to hide, but Israeli border police noticed him and approached. “The actual soldiers, themselves, treated us like shit, but the commanders and the generals and the intelligence service were more respectful,” he said.
Nasser says the security forces asked him what he thought of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails. Based on the line of questioning Nasser suspected the raid was to determine if any family members were considering retaliatory attacks against Israeli civilians. Earlier this week the Dawabshe family opened their homes to more than 100 Israelis from the group Tag Meir, an anti “price tag” group that protests attacks on Palestinians carried out by Israeli extremists. Nasser also spoke at a Israeli demonstration in Tel Aviv against the killing of his nephew, sharing the stage with Israeli opposition leader Issac Herzog and head of the leftist Israeli political party Meretz, Zahava Gal-On.

According to Nasser, the Israeli military returned to Duma Wednesday night. The military parked around 20 Jeeps at a nearby settlement and then walked through the steep West Bank hills to the Palestinian village. In this overnight incursion the soldiers closed off the charred home of Ali Dawabshe.

The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson office was reached for comment but a spokesperson said she was unable to give a statement on the raid while the investigation to apprehend those responsible for the killing is ongoing.

In the immediate hours after the attack in Duma, Israel announced it would treat the killing as “an act of terrorism.” Israel then upgraded its investigative efforts this week by employing “administrative detention,” a emergency powers order to jail suspects without arrests or trail.

The first arrest of known leaders of Jewish extremists groups was made Monday when Meir Ettinger, 24, the grandson of extremist rabbi Meir Kahane who advocated for the use of violence against Palestinians, was taken into custody. On Tuesday Israel approved the administrative detention of three additional extremists.
