A Glimpse into the Soul of Israel - the Spirit of Zionism

The article below speaks for itself.  How the fascist dross that constitute Israel's growing neo-Nazi milieu gloats over the death of an Israeli, Richard Lakin, who was stabbed by a Palestinian.  Lakin was someone who was involved in various Israeli-Palestinian initiatives and therefore a 'leftist' in the eyes of Israel's fascists.

To those who say that this is just a tiny fringe, my response is this.  If Israeli Arabs went on Facebook to gloat about the death of an Israeli who had been stabbed they would be arrested for incitement and be facing a year in gaol at the minimum.  Why does the Israeli state do nothing about far-Rightists who do the same?  The answer is obvious - they operate within the Zionist concensus today against leftists and 'Arab lovers' [it used to be 'Jew lovers' 'nigger lovers' etc.]

Facebook page defiling the memory of Israeli-American terror victim, Richard Lakin

In Hebrew, the word for “victim” is korban, which has a strong religious connotation akin to a ritual sacrifice.  The term conveys the sense that the victim offered up his or her life on the altar and it’s meant to ennoble their suffering and sacrifice.  One would expect this term to be used reverently regarding Israelis murdered in the current round of terror attacks.  But not so.
Shurat Hadin's Facebook Lawfare Page
For some Israelis, dying in a terror attack is not enough to establish your bona fides as a decent human being worthy of mourning.  About a week ago, there was a terror attack on a public bus in which two Israelis were killed and several were injured.  Among the most seriously injured was Israeli-American, Richard Lakin, age 76.  He was a retired school principal who made aliyah in the 1980s, opened a school to teach Israelis English, and engaged in Israeli-Palestinian education initiatives.  He volunteered with Yad B’Yad, the school which was torched by Israeli settlers about a year ago.
The Shadow in all his glory
Lakin died yesterday of his wounds.  His body wasn’t even cold before Shurat HaDin signed him up as the lead plaintiff in its Facebook lawfare lawsuit.  I’m not certain how an ambulance chaser like that signs up a man who is near death for a lawsuit.  But presumably, his family had power of attorney and signed on his behalf.  It’s terribly disconcerting that a man who dedicated his life to promoting peace will be exploited for political purposes by right-wing Israelis who despise Palestinians.  I can’t help but believe that Lakin would not have approved.  But clearly his surviving family do.
The Shadow in all his Judeo-Nazi rapper glory

When the Israeli gutter-classes on Facebook learned about Lakin’s “extreme leftist” views they lit up with hatred and venom that is almost too difficult to believe and too painful to read.  The level of brutalism is beyond belief.  The Judeo-Nazi chorus was led, as usual, by the Uber-Juden rapper, The Shadow (aka Yossi Eliassi).  Another Israeli rapper known for his racist-populist views
Subliminal, called for burning Palestinians alive.  It appears the murdering Jewish thugs who burned down the Dawabsheh home a month ago, killing all but a little boy who survived, were inspired by Subliminal’s moral example.  And the next Israeli “leftist” murdered by his fellow Jews will have The Shadow to thank.

While in other western countries there is always an alternative music scene representing progressive artistic political values, in Israel music is dominated by crude, violent, nationalist hate.  So what else is new?

Here is a sampling of the rapper’s Facebook page:

The Shadow: Today Richard Lakin died of wounds suffered in the bus attack.  He was an English teacher and extreme-leftist activist with Tag Meir (a group against “Jewish terror”).  Which shows you it doesn’t matter how many leftists there are.  They will work for the Arabs, sell us out, and betray us in the name of Englightenment.

When the terrorist arrives, all your activism won’t do you any good.  The only thing he will see is a Jew.  For him, your blood is just the same for him as that of an Orthodox Jew or a settler sitting by your side.

I hope that his death will be a slap in the face that will wake them up to the part they play and shake them out of their illusion in which they’re living and cause them to take account of their beliefs.  May his memory be for a blessing.

Yuvi Mouada: May his memory be for a blessing??  May his memory be erased!

Noam Shaharabani: It seems that Arabs do good things once in a while.

Yuval Segev: Don’t say his memory is for a blessing.  A disgusting human being and it’s good he died.  And don’t say I’m too extreme because that’s the only way the disgusting Left will understand…

Shahar Peretz: In short, another terrorist died.

Eviad Magidish: I don’t feel even a small bit of sadness.  A leftist is just like a terrorist to me.

Mendi Mifi: An auspicious hour.

David Kadosh: In this case, the terrorist did the State of Israel a favor.

Rafael Dadon: Only in this way, when extreme leftists start dying in terror attacks, will they get some sense.

Bar Cohen: We need a “Super Like” button for events like this.

Malka Shelech: Great, one less leftist!

Miki Dahan: One less leftist to burn in Hell!

Efrat Stern: Irony–at first there was sorrow [at the death of the Jewish victims], but now it brings a smile to my face because this should be the fate of all leftists to watch as their illusions explode in their faces.  I’m really not sorry.  Not even sorry that he was a Jew or that he died.

Tair Tadona: At first I was sorry when I heard he died in the hospital of his wounds.  But now I have a smile on my face–that this should be the fate of every deluded leftist alive.

Chen & Amir Kalkabani: May his death be for a blessing!

Eitan Zina: May they all die.  They have it coming.  I wish them what I wish every terrorist.

Neria Ivgy: Serious question–does this leftist teacher get to sleep with the 72 virgins?

Itzik Azoulay: The Shadow, you’re the pride of the Jewish people!

The irony of all this hate and incitement on this pro-Israel Facebook page is that Shurat HaDin is sueing the same company for allegedly encouraging Arabs to kill Jews.  The hypocrisy of it all boggles the mind!

But I’m not finished yet.  Alas there is more.  Ten days ago, a Palestinian youth was walking down the street in Hebron.  He was accosted by a settler who began screaming at him.  He then pulled out a gun and shot the boy dead.  After the murder, this is how the victim’s cousin described the scene:
Abed Sharbati, nephew of the eyewitnesses, added that after the attack, settlers set up tables on the spot where Quwamseh was killed and distributed food and drinks, “as if in celebration” Sharbati told MEE. This was still going on at the time of writing.

Nor is this an unusual occurrence.  Rabbis for Human Rights describes the scene in Hebron in 1994, only a few hours after Baruch Goldstein committed mass murder (on the Jewish holiday of Purim), murdering 29 Palestinians:

Several hours after the massacre, Knesset member Hanan Porat showed up in Qiryat Arba and blessed the participant with a “Happy Purim” in front of the cameras. He even reminded them that “it is a duty to be happy in Purim”. Porat, among the settlement founders of the Yesha council, served at that time as the a Knesset member on behalf of the Mafdal (National Religious Party). The cheers of joy of Hanan Porat in the presence of the television cameras were interpreted as cheers of joy and admiration for the massacre that recently happened in the holy Cave of the Patriarchs.

So the next time you hear hypocrites like these whine about Palestinians who purportedly celebrate the death of Jews remember this lyric from the Broadway musical: “Anything they can do we can do better!”

My final word on this: I’ve written a number of times here when faced with such Israeli abomination that I’m really not sure a nation of such people deserves to survive.  Even if it does, I’m not certain there’s enough humanity among those who aren’t infected with this cancer to carry on.

When Herzl devised the idea of a Jewish homeland he never told us that Israel must live at all costs. That Israel, in order to survive, is permitted to lapse into grotesqueness and horror.  Would he ever have imagined that the Altneuland would be a cesspool of genocidal and even fratricidal rage?

Human beings live for a reason.  They live for values.  They live because life means something transcendent.  Is life that is shorn of all humanity worth living?  Is a nation shorn of all decency worth surviving?

Palestinian Violence Came From Nowhere

A brilliant article by Ha’aretz’s Gideon Levy, who with Amira Hass, is the conscience of Israel.  During Operation Protective Edge, when he went to Ashdod, his security minders had to get him away quickly as he was in danger of also being lynched by Israeli right-wingers who don’t go a bundle on freedom of speech.

It takes apart the Israel’s protests of innocence as to where the violence have come from.  The attribution of the stabbings to some primeval, hidden recesses of the Arab mind, gentically inherited is part of the colonial mind-set.

Particularly good is Levy’s savaging of the notion of the obsession with a ‘Jewish’ state.  A Jewish state of racists and pogromises, chauvinists all.  I would go further still.  Israel as a Jewish state   is, in many ways, Hitler’s final victory.  He succeeded in ensuring that Jews would leave Europe and elsewhere and confining themselves in their own, racist, ghetto state.

Israelis didn't know about the Palestinians' suffering beyond the dark mountains a half an hour away. For the most part, they didn’t want to know.

What did you think, the Palestinians would sit still indefinitely? Did you really think Israel would continue on its course and they’d just bow their heads in submission?

Do you know many historical examples of that? Is there one example of a brutal occupation that persisted without stoking resistance? Apparently that’s what you thought, otherwise there would have been public pressure long ago to act, because who wants terror?
Isaac Herzog and   Tsipi Livni - the racist Zionist 'left' has called for more repression than Netanyahu has delivered
But Israel slid into a deathly silence, with darkness over the abyss, and now it’s acting surprised. It voted for the right, for ultra-nationalism, racism and messianism, and now it’s feelings are hurt.
After all, what did it ask for but some quiet, to be left alone from the occupation to which it’s not even linked, and from the resistance that has fallen on it like a natural disaster. Sleeping beauty has awoken to the sound of stabbings and car-rammings, and through the cobwebs of sleep it’s asking: How did this happen? How can they be doing this to us again?
Palestinian youth resisting in the only way they know against the Israeli Goliath
You can’t blame Israelis — they were busy doing other things and knew nothing. Bar Refaeli’s wedding weighed heavily on people’s minds, as did events at the Allenby 40 nightclub. Israelis didn’t know exactly what was going on over there, beyond the dark mountains, half an hour’s drive from their homes — for the most part, they didn’t want to know.

The media gladly succumbed to their wishes. They hid the crimes of the occupation from people’s sight — such pictures don’t buoy ratings. The image of a Palestinian as a human being doesn’t sell newspapers. The media never reported what those people go through and what they really desire. It sufficed with diversions, incitement and propaganda. That pays better.

Politicians promised that everything would be fine, rabbis incited, settlers torched, the whole world is against us, just leave us alone. Then out of the blue those knife-wielding youngsters with murder in their eyes descended upon us. The quiet dissolved, security fizzled, businesses collapsed, dreams of jeep tours and quick vacations became uncertain.

The government blames the Islamic State and the left blames the lack of “peace talks.” Experts on Arab affairs — the southern branch of the Shin Bet security service and Military Intelligence — say it’s because of “incitement.” The wise sages of security issues say, as is their wont, that this time the other side must be hit hard. Everyone agrees that the Arabs are to blame because they were born to kill. Through this stupefying haze all connection to reality has been lost.

In the meantime, Jerusalem has become the capital of apartheid. No other city so discriminates and dispossesses or is so violent. Gun-toting Mayor Nir Barkat, who’s largely responsible for the discrimination and dispossession in his city, incites against a third of its population — an unbelievable phenomenon in its own right.

And you thought 300,000 people would acquiesce? That they’d watch settlers invade their homes as city hall denied them minimal services amid maximal property taxes? That they’d look on while the occupier arbitrarily denied them residence status, as if they were migrants in their own city?
That they would put up with Jewish gangs beating them up in full view of policemen and forgive? That a young man growing up in this reality — with his neighborhood a Soweto — would spend his life washing dishes and building homes for Jews with no chance of escaping his ghetto?

Did you really think right-wing provocations on the Temple Mount would pass quietly? That the burning of the Dawabsheh family would pass with no response — and even more so the defense minister’s arrogant claims that Israel knew who the perpetrators were but wouldn’t arrest them?
That their children would be burned helplessly with Israel not punishing anyone and they’d remain silent? That the response to all this would be more of the same: We’ll demolish, detain, dispossess, oppress, torture and kill more than ever — and (Jewish) Zion will be redeemed? Did anyone really believe that?

He Didn't Look Like a Jew

The stabbing my mistake of an Israeli Jew, (he looked like an Arab!) says it all about the racist nature of the Jewish state.  His reaction, that we are all equal, is admirable and a lesson to all.

Jewish victim of stabbing by another Jew
It is a tragedy that young Palestinians have been forced to go out, on suicidal missions, stabbing individual Israeli Jews, because of their total frustration and lack of hope for anything better.  A dishonest and lying Israeli Prime Minister who mouths 'there is no partner for peace' when peace is the last thing he would want.
Palestinian lawyer in Ramallah kicks tear gas grenade back to the rats who fired it
There is and can be no solution whilst Palestinians are disenfranchised and marginalised in a 'Jewish' state.  The only solution is a single unitary state of Palestine/Israel.  A 'Jewish' state is a state which accords privileges according to whether you are Jewish or not.  It is based on the same principles as an Aryan state.

Those who retort, what about the Muslim states, miss a crucial point.  Saudi Arabia, Iran are Islamic states.  But what does that mean?  Are Muslims given privileges over and above non-Muslims?  Well Saudia Arabia only has Muslims in it (apart from ex-pats).  Clearly this US satellite does not.

In Iran being Muslim doesn't mean you are privileged.  A Muslim state means that the state has legitimation and justification for its repression - its torture, hangings and the rest.

Israel is an imperialist interloper which has had the effect of reinforcing reaction in all the surrounding states and confessionalising them, as is happening in Syria.

As it is the Israeli cabinet consists of 100% racists of the crudest variety.  People like the 'culture' Minister Miri Regev who could call asylum seekers from Africa a 'cancer' and when upbraided apologised to cancer patients for comparing them to asylum seekers.

To think that the Zionists once talked of Israel as a 'light unto the nations'.

‘We are all equal,’ says Uri Rezken, wounded in vigilante attack, and it is a hate crime regardless of whether an Arab or a Jew stabs him

Israeli stabbing victim: I was mistaken for Arab in hate attack

Thursday 15 October 2015

An Israeli Jew stabbed by a Jewish man who believed he was an Arab has criticised the recent violence from his hospital bed.

Uri Rezken was stacking shelves in a Haifa suburb on Tuesday when he was stabbed in the back, the latest in a series of suspected vigilante attacks.

“We are all human beings, we are all equal,” the supermarket worker told Israeli TV. “It does not matter if an Arab stabbed me or a Jew stabbed me, a religious, orthodox or secular person. I have no words to describe this hate crime.”

Israeli police said the stabbing was intended to “avenge a recent wave of attacks on Jews”.

Rezken said he was working with an Arab colleague when he was stabbed. “I felt four stabs and I heard someone say: ‘You deserve it, you deserve it. You are bastard Arabs.’ ”

Rezen tried to protect himself with a shopping trolley. “I screamed at him: ‘I am a Jew, I am a Jew’ – he didn’t stop … he tried to stab me again so I fought him again with my trolley.”

The 36-year-old attacker, who is known to police, was shot by a security guard as he tried to flee. He was granted anonymity by a magistrates’ court in Haifa since he may now become a target of a vigilante attack. The court also agreed to his lawyer’s request for a psychological examination to see if he was fit to stand trial.
Israeli mistaravim, who dress as Arabs, brutalising a Palestinian captive
In the past month, eight Israelis have been killed in Palestinian attacks and 31 Palestinians killed by Israeli fire, 14 identified by Israel as attackers.

The attack is the third time in just over a week that Israeli Jews have sought to attack Palestinians. On Friday, a 17-year-old from Dimona stabbed four Palestinians. His lawyer claimed his client had psychological problems and was not competent to stand trial.

Abdel al-Kader Jamal, an Israeli citizen of Kalansua, was beaten and chased by about 30 Jewish men in the coastal city of Netanya on Thursday last week. A Jewish Israeli, Mimon Himy, threw himself on Jamal to protect him from the mob and said he believes the man would have died had he not intervened.

In some cases where Palestinians have been shot as they were allegedly carrying out, or about to carry out attacks, suspicion has been raised over whether this was the case. Arab leaders have criticised Israeli police for being too quick to shoot stabbers instead of arresting them.

Israel’s prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu said on Thursday night he would be open to meeting Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in an effort to end weeks of the Israeli-Palestinian unrest. “I am open to a meeting with Abbas and Arab leaders. I think it is potentially useful because it might stop the wave of incitement.”

He also criticised Abbas falsely claiming that a 13-year-old Palestinian, Ahmed Mansara, from Beit Hanina, had been “executed” by Israel. Mansara is in fact alive, and being treated in a hospital in Jerusalem.

Mansara and a 17-year-old friend allegedly stabbed two people, leaving one in a serious condition and one critically wounded. Palestinians were enraged by footage showing the wounded Ahmed lying on the ground after the attack, as bystanders yell at him: “Die!”. He is being treated at Hadassah hospital, in Jerusalem. The Palestinian leadership says Mansara is innocent and was shot in an attempt to kill him.

Netanyahu also told the US not to draw what he termed false equivalence between Israeli and Palestinian attackers, after the US State Department said Israel may have used excessive force in responding to the recent string of attacks.

Netanyahu said: “We expect our friends not to draw false symmetry between Israeli citizens and those who knife them to death. There is no truth to the claim Israeli used excessive force. We have done what every country would have done.”

Uriel Razkan, a Jewish grocer from the northern town of Kiryat Ata, recounted Wednesday how a Jewish attacker who mistook him for an Arab stabbed him in an attempted revenge attack for recent Palestinian terrorism.

“I’m working, and suddenly I feel four knife stabs in my back,” Razkan told Army Radio Wednesday morning.

“I heard a shout, ‘You deserve it, you deserve it, Arab bastards!’ When I turn around I see a Haredi man. I shouted to him, ‘I’m a Jew,’ but he tried to continue. I just ran away; otherwise I would have been killed,” Razkan said.

He lamented the racism evidenced in the attack.

If I were Arab, it still wouldn’t have been okay. You shouldn’t stab anybody,” Razkan said.
Razkan was attacked in a parking lot outside the Ikea furniture store in the Haifa suburb. He was hospitalized with light to moderate wounds.

His attacker was remanded in custody on Wednesday.

According to reports, the attacker first approached an Arab man and asked him if he was Arab. The Arab man was reportedly frightened by the question, and said he was not.

The recent wave of violence in Israel has included, alongside deadly Palestinian attacks against Jewish Israelis, several acts of revenge by Jews. On Friday an Israeli teenager went on a stabbing spree in the southern city of Dimona, wounding three Palestinian men and a Bedouin Arab.

The northern city of Afula, the site of a stabbing attack Thursday against an Israeli soldier, saw anti-Arab protests later that day. An enraged mob also converged on a Channel 2 news crew and its reporter Fourat Nassar near the scene of the stabbing.

Thursday evening in Jerusalem, activists from the anti-Arab Lehava group, along with far-right fans of the Beitar Jerusalem soccer club, marched to the Old City, chanting slogans including “Death to the Arabs” and “Muhammad is dead.”

In the coastal city of Netanya that day, an enraged mob beat an Arab man. Five Israelis were arrested.

On Tuesday, two Israeli men were arrested on suspicion of intending to attack an Arab man with a knife in northern Israel, police said.
