Outrage as Glyn Secker, Secretary of Jewish Voice for Labour, is Administratively Suspended for ‘anti-Semitism’

McNicol's Last Stand - Glyn Secker was Administratively Suspended by Crooked McNicol NOT the Disputes Committee

Glyn Secker - Captain of the Jewish Boat to Gaza
UPDATE

I have now been told by an NEC member that the case of Glyn Secker never went to the Disputes Committee of the NEC.  In what appears to be the last stand of that racist crook, Iain McNicol, Glyn was administratively suspended by McNicol alone.  Administrative suspensions take place when a case is that serious (e.g. rape) that they can't wait for the decision of the Disputes Committee and have to be carried out immediately.

I'm not even sure that the Disputes Committee was even informed of Glyn's suspension.  It would appear that Crooked was determined, as one last payback to his Zionist friends, not only to 'indefinitely' suspend Ken Livingstone but to carry out a petty act of revenge on Jewish Voices for Labour by suspending its Secretary.  This decision itself would suggest that the Zionist Jewish Labour Movement has been severely angered by the existence of an anti-racist non-Zionist Jewish group in the Labour Party.

Our demands on March 20th are quite clear.  Glyn should be immediately reinstated to membership in the Labour Party as should Ken Livingstone.  The spiteful revenge of McNicol, the man who tried to keep Jeremy Corbyn off the ballot paper in 2016, should be undone as soon as possible.  McNicol should soon be nothing but a bad memory.

It was with shock and disbelief that I learnt yesterday morning that Glyn Secker, the mild-mannered Secretary of Jewish Voice for Labour had been suspended by the Labour Party for ‘anti-Semitism’.  As one activist put it, we are incandescent with rage that the Captain of the Jewish Boat to Gaza in 2010, someone whose ‘anti-Semitism’ consists of opposition to the oppression that the Palestinians suffer in the name of the Jews, has been suspended for ‘anti-Semitism’.
Glynn's letter of suspension

What is outrageous is that anti-racist and anti-Zionist Jews are being picked off in the Labour Party by the anti-Corbyn Zionist Jewish Labour Movement and even worse with the complicity of the so-called left on the National Executive Committee.  The JLM is the British wing of the racist Israeli Labour Party, a party which at this very moment is supporting the forcible deportation of 40,000 African refugees from Israel because they are Black and not Jewish.  A party whose leader, Isaac Herzog warned against Israeli Labour being seen to be ‘Arab lovers’.

If anyone should be suspended it should be those in Labour Friends of Israel and Jewish Labour Movement who justify the murder, the torture and imprisonment of children.  It is people like Louise Ellman MP who justified the shackling and ill-treatment of Palestinian children in a debate in the House of Commons who should have long ago been expelled.  Instead Jewish members who oppose the house demolitions, the removal of residency and all the thousand and one other evils that Palestinians experience who are being disciplined.  These are the people who are feeding anti-Semitism.  It is the Mike Katzes, the Jeremy Newmarks, the Ella Roses and all the other propagandists on behalf of the Israeli Embassy who should have been shown the door.

Although it is clear now that there was no vote on Glyn's suspension, nonetheless it is clear that many of the left trade unionists voted for the suspension of other Labour Party members on the grounds of 'antisemitism'.  So frightened are they of accusations of ‘anti-Semitism’ they took the word of Blairite witchhunter Sam Matthews, Head of Disputes, without even bothering to question the prejudices of the same Labour Party staff who, when Corbyn was first elected, wore black in protest.

Seven of the nine CLP representatives including Jon Lansman and Christine Shawcroft but not including Anne Black (soon to be voted off) and Rhea Wolfson (JLM and leaving the NEC) voted against the referral of other Labour Party members to the NCC.  Jenny Formby had a diplomatic illness and was not present during these votes though normally she also votes to refer people automatically to the NCC.

We can understand that Margaret Backett, Tom Watson and Jasmine Beckett would vote for the suspension of anyone who so much as whispers ‘boo’ at the Apartheid State of Israel, but how do we explain the votes of those whot make up the trade union representatives on the Committee?  They are a good example of the stupidity of trade union bureaucrats – they fail to see the connection between the industrial and the political. The attack by Israel’s supporters on Palestinian supporters has been clever, mood music to quote Len McLuskey.  It hasn’t been about anti-Semitism as Jew hatred but the‘new anti-Semitism’ – i.e. hatred of racism and apartheid.

The 'evidence' of Glyn's anti-semitism is apparently contained in his social media posts.  This pathetic trawling of what people say on social media is supposed to have been outlawed by the Chakrabarti Inquiry but it is still allowed by the NEC which, together with Corbyn, lacks the backbone or the guts to put a stop to this nonsense.

What makes this worse is that Crooked McNicol, has steadfastly refused to suspend Jeremy Newmark, former Chair of the Jewish Labour Movement, who is alleged to have defrauded a Jewish charity of thousands of pounds money and who is the subject of a police investigation by the Jewish Labour Movement for having defrauded them of money.  All this is a 'private' matter and 'historic'.

All of the major unions represented have policy in favour of the Palestinians – Unite, CWU, UNISON even the right-wing GMB.  Does it take that much brainpower to work out that defenders of Israel, the instigators of the anti-Semitism witchhunt, have used ‘anti-Semitism’ as a weapon against opponents of Israel because it is very hard justifying the torture and sexual abuse of children?  Is it that hard for Dianne Holland and Jennie Formby of UNITE to get into their heads that instead of defending the demolition of Palestinian homes and the destruction of schools and solar panels, that it easier to shout ‘anti-Semitism’?

These dolts seem to find it difficult to understand that when Zionist propagandists regularly say that ‘anti-Zionism = anti-Semitism’ they actually mean it.  To Zionists any criticism of Israel is anti-Semitic.  Therefore it is likely that when Jews are accused of ‘anti-Semitism’ in the Labour Party by Israel’s supporters the chances are that it doesn’t involve hatred of Jews but hatred of Jewish racism.

These are the guilty people on the ‘left’ who have once again voted to refer party members to the NCC for 'antisemitism'.  What they are really doing is stabbing the Palestinians in the back by supporting the Zionist narrative that support for the Palestinians and opposition to Zionism is ‘anti-Semitic’:

What is particularly staggering about this is that it was only at last September’s Labour Party Conference that JVL was formally launched as a non-Zionist alternative to the pro-Israel Jewish Labour Movement, a group which is the British representative of the overtly racist and segregationist Israeli Labour Party.

Len Mcluskey General Secretary of Unite and Tosh McDonald, General Secretary of ASLEF both attended the JVL fringe meeting and promised to secure the affiliation of their unions to JVL.  McLuskey talked about the false anti-Semitism allegations as ‘mood music’ in the Labour Party.  At the next NEC meeting on 20th March there will be a chance for the NEC to undo the work of its former corrupt and racist General Secretary, Iain McNicol.

TELL ME LIES ABOUT PALESTINE
To Whom It May Concern
I was run over by the truth one day,
Ever since your war crimes
I've walked this way
So stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Palestine.
Heard the alarm clock screaming with pain,
Couldn't find myself so I went back to sleep again
So fill my ears with silver
Stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Dier Yassin.
Every time I shut my eyes all I see is flames.
Made a marble phone book and I carved out all the names
So coat my eyes with butter
Fill my ears with silver
Stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Janine.
I smell something burning, hope it's just my brains.
They're only dropping peppermints and daisy-chains
So stuff my nose with garlic
Coat my eyes with butter
Fill my ears with silver
Stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Shatilla.
Where were you at the time of the crime?
Down by the Cenotaph drinking slime
So chain my tongue with whisky
Stuff my nose with garlic
Coat my eyes with butter
Fill my ears with silver
Stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Gaza.
You put your bombers in, you put your conscience out,
You take the human being and you twist it all about
So scrub my skin with pumice
Chain my tongue with whisky
Stuff my nose with garlic
Coat my eyes with butter
Fill my ears with silver
Stick my legs in plaster
Tell me lies about Palestine

Crooked Iain McNicol, Labour's General Secretary, Rides Again

McNicol refuses to discipline JLM’s Ella Rose, who threatened to ‘take out’ Jackie Walker

Ella Rose's threats - 'understandable' according to crooked McNicol
Iain 'crooked' McNicol turned a blind eye to threats of violence from Zionist Rose
On 20th January I submitted a letter of complaint to Iain McNicol, Labour’s crooked General Secretary concerning the threats of violence by Ella Rose of the Jewish Labour Movement against Jackie Walker.  Jackie was suspended in September 2016 for ‘anti-Semitism’ after having been fitted up by the JLM after a ‘training session’ on ‘anti-Semitism’ at the Labour Party Annual Conference.
Unsurprisingly, despite receiving a formal acknowledgment, I received no other response from our crooked friend.  So I have sent him a second letter.

The idea that a group which is affiliated to the Israeli Labour Party is in any position to run anti-racist training is itself the height of parody.  It’s like asking a wife beater to run a woman’s refuge or appointing Count Dracula as head of the blood transfusion service!
Jim Kennedy of Unite obtained the solicitor's letter
The ILP’s leader Isaac Herzog is no slouch when it comes to racism.  Herzog recently declared that his nightmare was waking up to find that Israel had a Palestinian Prime Minister and 61 Palestinian Members of Israel’s Knesset .  Who needs the Right when we have Isaac Herzog?  Herzog also recently declared that he wanted to dispel the false impression that the ILP were ‘Arab Lovers’ Herzog slammed for remark about ‘Arab lovers’To gauge the full import of these remarks just consider that someone had said their nightmare was to wake up and find Britain had a Jewish Prime Minister or that the Labour Party was not a ‘Jew lovers’ party.  The term ‘Jew lover’ and ‘N***** Lover’ used to be part of the language of the National Front and BNP.  The fact that it trips off the tongue of the head of Israeli Labour should be an indication of what Zionism and the JLM are really about.

Jackie and a number of other Jewish and non-Jewish anti-racists attended the JLM’s ‘training session’ which was secretly recorded and comments made by Jackie were twisted and distorted to make it appear that her comments were ‘anti-Semitic’.  You can read what it was that Jackie said here.
Last summer, when Jeremy Corbyn was standing for leader, McNicol was arranging the suspension of thousands of Labour Party members on the most bogus of pretexts such as someone posting that they liked the ‘fucking foo fighters’.  A hint of the word scab, traitor etc was guaranteed to get you suspended.  But when the JLM’s Director, the racist Ella Rose, threatened physical violence against a much older Black woman, she is pardoned by crooked Iain McNicol.

This is not, of course the first time Crooked McNicol has been accused of, well, being a crook.  In July 2016 McNicol was busy attempting to fix the Labour Party elections in order to ensure that Corbyn was kept off the ballot paper.  Unfortunately Corbyn, when he was re-elected leader, didn’t call for the dismissal of McNicol because of his treacherous and dishonest behaviour.  I use the word ‘dishonest’ advisedly.
Solicitors letter to Crooked McNicol saying he deliberately deceived Corbyn & McDonnell
In a solicitor’s letter sent on 11th July on behalf of Jim Kennedy of UNITE, McNicol was accused of ‘bad faith’.  It accused him of having gone to ‘great lengths to conceal your intentions from the leader and the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer’.  It informed him that as General Secretary ‘you have an obligation to uphold the rules of the Labour Party and not breach them .’   It said his behaviour in leaking information to the Press which he had kept from Jeremy Corbyn was a ‘potentially serious disciplinary matter.’  It went on to say that ‘You have an obligation as General Secretary to act in good faith’ and to act openly and transparently.  In particular the letter said that the National Committee meeting, which agreed that Corbyn could stand, had been called in a manner which ‘has all the hallmarks of anything but “open democracy.”

A warning to McNicol not to think about destroying
The letter expressed its fears that the meeting had been called “to manufacture a situation whereby Jeremy Corbyn’s name will be omitted from the leadership ballot.’  The letter went on to effectively accuse McNicol of fraud.  It said that despite obtaining advice from barristers Mark Henderson and Michael Mansfield QC that Corbyn’s name must be on the ballot paper, McNicol had tried to hide this advice from the NEC.  The letter threatened injunctive action against McNicol and warned him that the ‘destruction, deletion or concealment of relevant evidence is a very serious matter for the courts.’
The NEC meeting which voted narrowly, by 16-14 to include Corbyn’s name on the ballot paper also disenfranchised 130,000 new members of the Labour Party.  Undoubtedly Crooked McNicol was party to this too and the letter also asked him who was instructing him to carry out his devious behaviour.  The answer to this is the devious Right-winger Tom Watson, Corbyn’s treacherous deputy.  Watson’s behaviour reminds one  of Oscar Wilde’s comment that he has every quality of a dog except loyalty.

Solicitor's letter saying they don't trust Crooked McNicol's intentions
Thirteen Jewish female members of the Labour Party have called for a review of a decision by general secretary Iain McNicol on a complaint brought against former Israeli Embassy employee Ella Rose, who now heads a pro-Israel lobby group affiliated to the Labour Party, the Jewish Labour Movement (JLM).

They say Ella Rose’s abusive and threatening behaviour, caught on camera in a documentary film, The Lobby, is intimidating to them as campaigners for Palestinian rights and critics of the state of Israel.
Solicitor's letter to Crooked McNicol reminding him of the obligation to act in good faith
The swift, discrete and sympathetic handling of Rose’s case contrasts markedly with treatment meted out to many party members who have been unjustly charged with antisemitism, suspended from membership and subjected to months’ long investigations, often in the full glare of publicity, through processes with scant regard for principles of natural justice.....
....
We do not believe you and your team have demonstrated the impartiality that members of the party have the right to expect and we will therefore be contacting members of the National Executive Committee and the National Constitutional Committee to ask for a review of your inadequate investigation.

Iain ‘Crooked’ McNicol
General Secretary
The Labour Party
Southside,
105 Victoria Street
London SW1E 6QT

Dear Mr McNicol,

I submitted a complaint to you by email on 20th January concerning threats of violence made by Ella Rose, the Director of the Jewish Labour Movement.  The threats were made against Jackie Walker, a Black-Jewish member of the Labour Party who has been suspended since last September on bogus charges of anti-Semitism and whose investigation hearing has yet to take place.  Despite receiving an automatic acknowledgment of my email, I have not yet had a response to my letter.....
....
Your decision to rush through an ‘investigation’ of Ms Rose when I have been suspended for 11 months already is entirely understandable in the circumstances.
Kind regards as always,

Tony Greenstein

It’s time for Iain McNicol, Labour’s Crooked General Secretary, to depart

McNicol - Disloyal, Deceptive and Dishonest

Deliberate deception and disloyalty from Iain McNicol

One of the key lessons that Tony Benn learnt from his time in government was the need for Ministers to control their civil servants.  It is elected politicians who should make political decisions not an unelected civil service.

It is a lesson that Jeremy Corbyn has yet to learn.  Iain McNicol, Labour’s General Secretary, was foisted on Ed Miliband who never trusted him, by Sir Paul Kenny of the GMB.  Previously McNicol was the GMB’s Political Officer.
John Stollard Labour's Matthew Hopkins - Witchfinder in General
Throughout Corbyn’s 10 month leadership, McNicol has sought to undermine him every step of the way.  The attempted purge of supporters and members last summer was instituted by McNicol in a vain attempt to reduce the expected vote for Corbyn.  McNicol has promised more of the same this year in another attempt to try and fix it for Owen Smith.  The Guardian cited McNicol as saying that ‘Labour would issue bans because it was not enough simply to criticise some of the aggressive and intimidating behaviour that has soured the contest so far. “Words of condemnation are meaningless unless they are backed up by action.”

The suggestion that there is widespread ‘intimidation’ has been a regular theme of Owen Smith, Angela Eagle and the anti-Corbyn forces.  We had the affair of Angela Eagle’s broken constituency window, the most famous window in Britain.  It later transpired that it was a window in a stairwell of a building shared by a number of organisations.  It wasn’t her office window at all.  But the Right of the Party is using fake allegation of ‘intimidation’ as an alibi for their expected heavy defeat.  McNicol is lending this doing his best to help this lie despite there being no evidence whatsoever of intimidation.  It is a thoroughly bogus issue yet McNicol is happy to help out.
The Labour Party is not big enough for both Jeremy and McNicol
When Michael Foster, the Zionist funder, brought an action in the High Court to prevent Corbyn from standing, Corbyn was so distrustful of any defence mounted by McNicol that he applied to the Court to become a co-defendant.  He feared that McNicol might do a sweetheart deal with Foster and effectively agree to the action, thus sinking Corbyn’s candidature.

An article in last Monday 25th July’s Telegraph, Labour leadership contest: Legal documents reveal depth of split between Jeremy Corbyn and party’s general secretary has gone largely unremarked but it was based on the legal papers submitted in the Foster case.  The Telegraph’s Political Correspondent, Ben Riley Smith, reported that

‘Jeremy Corbyn’s supporters have accused the head of the Labour Party of “subverting” internal rules and keeping legal advice “hidden” to effectively block him running for the leadership, legal papers have revealed.’  Documents asserted that Iain McNicol went to “great lengths” to keep secret a crucial party board meeting about his future. The Telegraph reported that McNicol tried to “manufacture a situation whereby Jeremy Corbyn’s name will be omitted from the leadership ballot” despite being bound to remain impartial during the contest.

The Telegraph drew the conclusion that
It reveals the total breakdown of trust between Mr Corbyn’s allies and Mr McNichol, the most senior official in the Labour Party, and details the depth of the split at the top.   The criticism also calls into question whether Mr McNichol can retain his post should Mr Cobryn win re-election this summer, as the bookmakers have suggested…. such is the level of distrust between the two camps that Mr Corbyn has insisted he is placed as a co-defendant in the case to ensure the claims are robustly challenged….
McNicol - an attempt to conceal his intentions from Corbyn and McDonnell
A letter from solicitors acting for Jim Kennedy, a member of UNITE- accused Mr McNicol of not telling the leadership about a crucial meeting which would decide the rules for the contest.   It claimed McNicol had gone “to great lengths to conceal [his] intentions from the leader and the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer”

Criticising  the demand Mr Corbyn get the backing of MPs, it said McNicol had no grounds for “subverting the democratic procedures of a political party in such a way or the principles of the Labour Party”.   The letter also said the meeting about rules for the contest was an attempt to “manufacture a situation whereby Jeremy Corbyn’s name will be omitted from the leadership ballot” Part of the letter read:
“It is clear you are acting as General Secretary in a manner which has not been seen before in the Labour Party.” It also said legal advice was being “kept hidden” from Mr Corbyn.  In his concluding remarks, the judge said “there was suspicion by some NEC members of an attempt to ‘stitch-up’ the Applicant [Mr Corbyn] at the NEC meeting to prevent him being able to stand for election.”  He also said there was a “risk” that Mr McNicol “may well overlook points which it would be in Mr Corbyn’s interests to make”, however “inadvertently”.
In an article Legal letter to NEC chief over Labour leadership rules in the Guardian of 12th July, the day of the NEC meeting which decided Corbyn’s name should be on the ballot paper, we learnt of a quite remarkable and pungent letter sent by solicitors Howe & Co. to McNicol.  The solicitors were acting on behalf of Jim Kennedy of UNITE.
McNicol was accused of ‘having gone to ‘great lengths to conceal your intentions from the Leader and the Shadow Chancellor of the Exchequer to call a meeting of the NEC the following day.
The solicitors bluntly told McNicol that ‘You have an obligation as General Secretary to act in good faith.  You personally are required by the Party rules to be transparent and to uphold the aims and values of ‘open democracy’.  The manner in which this special meeting has been arranged has all the hallmarks of anything but “open democracy”.  (my emphasis)

McNicol was told not to destroy, delete or conceal evidence - this is the man in overall charge of Labour's disciplinary process!

McNicol is told that he is under a duty to act according to common law notions of fairness and that according to the Labour Party’s constitution the election of officers, shall be conducted in a‘fair,  open and transparent manner.’   McNicol should not have needed to be told that ‘natural justice requires you to act fairly’ but as the experience of those suspended demonstrates, McNicol has little or no understanding of the concept of fairness or natural justice.

Howe and Co. tell McNicol that ‘Our clients are very concerned that the purpose of the special meeting is to manufacture a situation whereby Jeremy Corbyn’s name will be omitted from the ballot paper.’

McNicol is also accused of withholding the legal advice he has obtained to members of the NEC, despite having received the advice of 3 barristers including Mike Mansfield QC.  McNicol is reminded that he has a duty to preserve all documents, emails etc. with his fellow conspirators such as Deputy Leader, the ‘fixer’ Tom Watson.   The solicitors finish off what is an extremely strong letter with a series of questions:

Who is it  who is instructing you to carry out the actions you intend?  Who has suggested to you that the legal advice the Labour Party has received is to be ignored or kept hidden?  Who is it who has suggested that the leader be barred from the special meeting of 12 July 2016 and that the motion be voted upon in secret?’
Under McNicol leaking information to the press is standard procedure - when details of my suspension were leaked to The Telegraph and  The Times McNicol lied when stating that it hadn't come from LP HQ

McNicol is also told that his favourite occupation, leaking material damaging to his political opponents is a 'serious disciplinary offence'.
On the basis of the allegations in this letter the NEC has no alternative but to suspended Iain McNicol for gross misconduct.  It is unconscionable that the General Secretary of the Labour Party is acting at the instigation of the forces of the Right opposed to the Leader.

It is clear that there has been an  irretrievable breakdown in the relations between McNicol and Jeremy Corbyn.  In an employment relationship that would be reason enough to dismiss someone.  It is clear that McNicol has to go and Corbyn should ensure that his first action after being re-elected is to send Iain McNicol packing.
