Letter to Sarah Sackman KC – As Solicitor-General You Gave Permission for My Prosecution for ‘Terrorism’ To Proceed Despite You Having Previously Attacked Me in the Jewish News & Sought My Expulsion from the Labour Party

This is a Clear Abuse of Process – I Look Forward to Your Resignation

The Paragraph Above is Part of the Jewish News article in which Sackman attacks me by name as a 'problematic' antisemite - Mike Katz was also Vice Chair then b4 becoming Chair - Katz is a member of the 'left' Zionist Yachad group

1.  It is said that there’s no honour among thieves but this seems equally true for politicians, especially those close to Keir Starmer.

2.  I am charged with ‘inviting support’ for a proscribed organisation, Hamas, under s.12 of the Terrorism Act 2000 despite the fact that I don’t support Hamas politically. What I do support is the right of the Palestinians, as an occupied people, to take up arms against the IDF, Israel’s equivalent of the Schutzstaffel (SS).

3.  I have written plenty of blogs criticising Hamas (e.g. here, here and here), which is not surprising since I am a Jewish atheist and socialist. Hamas is a conservative Islamist group. However they are a resistance group and the Palestinians have a right to resist genocide and ethnic cleansing.

4.  There isn’t a crime that the IDF is not guilty of, from starving people to death to sniping and burning alive children, bombing hospitals and torturing doctors and indeed all prisoners. It is not even as though Israel hides its genocidal intent. That is why the International Court of Justice said that it was ‘plausible’ that a genocide was being perpetrated.

5.  If Israel’s leading Ministers, including Prime Minister Netanyahu, declared their intent to commit genocide in abundance and the evidence of destruction is obvious, then the refusal of Starmer and Lammy to call it a genocide is a political not legal decision.

6.  When the attack on Gaza began, Yoav Gallant, the then Defence Minister, declared on 9 October, that 

7. I have ordered a complete siege on the Gaza Strip. There will be no electricity, no food, no fuel, everything is closed. We are fighting human animals and we act accordingly.

8.  On 10 October, the head of the Israeli Army’s Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories, Maj. Gen. Ghassan Alian, addressed a message directly to Gaza residents: 

Human animals must be treated as such. There will be no electricity and no water, there will only be destruction. You wanted hell, you will get hell.

9.  Benjamin Netanyahu invoked the biblical story of Amalek (“Remember what Amalek did to you”). In the Bible God commanded the total extermination of the Amalek tribe down to the last child. He also vowed to turn the “wicked city” Gaza into “rubble”.

10.  Isaac Herzog, the President stated regarding the October 7 attacks, that “It’s an entire nation out there that is responsible. It’s not true this rhetoric about civilians not aware, not involved”.

11.  Bezalel Smotrich, the Finance Minister stated in August 2024 that it would be “justified and moral” to “starve 2 million people” and in May 2025, he called for the “total annihilation” of areas like Rafah.

12.  Itamar Ben-Gvir, the National Security Minister repeatedly called for the "voluntary migration" i.e. expulsion of Palestinians from Gaza and the blocking of all humanitarian aid. Amihai Eliyahu, the Heritage Minister suggested dropping an atomic bomb on Gaza.

13.  Yoav Kisch, the Education Minister, stated, “Those are animals, they have no right to exist... they need to be exterminated". Nissim Vaturi, Deputy Speaker of the Knesset, called to “burn Gaza now” (Times of Israel 17.11.23) and stated there are “no innocent people there”.

14.  Only Zionist holocaust deniers pretend that there is no genocide in Gaza. The UK’s International Criminal Court Act 2001 makes aiding genocide an offence but the Police refuse to use it. Because the Attorney General’s permission is required for a prosecution it is unlikely that we will see Starmer at the Old Bailey. Attorney General Hermer is a member of the government so it’s unlikely that he will be prosecuting himself!

15.  To be fair to Hermer, when a decision on my prosecution landed on his desk he passed it on to Sarah Sackman, the Solicitor-General, probably because Hermer is on record as having confessed to having ‘dear family members currently serving in the IDF’.

16.  Sarah Sackman had no such qualms despite the Jewish Labour Movement, of which she was Vice-Chair, targeting me for expulsion from the Labour Party. Sackperson even attacked me in print in the Jewish News.

17.  I therefore decided to do what anyone would in the circumstances and write Sarah a personal letter. I trust that those who read this will keep it confidential as I don’t want to cause Sackperson any embarrassment!

Attorney General assigns prosecution of Jewish Anti-Zionist activist to pro-Israel minister

Dear Ms Sackman,


18.  As you are no doubt aware, I am being prosecuted on a trumped up charge of ‘inviting support for a proscribed organisation’ under s.12 of the Terrorism Act 2000. As you will also be aware my barrister Jeremy McNulty has put in an application for a stay in the proceedings because of an Abuse of Process by your good self.

19.  The abuse being the fact that you gave consent to my Prosecution on 22 November 2024. It is a matter of trite law that the Attorney General is required to consent to any prosecution under s.117(2a) where it appears that the alleged offence has been committed ‘for a purpose wholly or partly connected with the affairs of a country other than the United Kingdom.’

20.  That country is of course Israel which has been found to have committed genocide in Gaza by every major human rights organisation in the world, including Israel’s B’tselem. It is a genocide to which this ‘Labour’ government, including yourself, is a party to.

21.  The Attorney General, the Rt. Hon Lord Hermer KC did not feel able to give permission to the CPS to prosecute and therefore handed it to you. Perhaps it was because of his confession to the Jewish Chronicle that ‘I actively support a range of Jewish and Israeli organisations’ and that ‘I have dear family members currently serving in the IDF.’

22.  But whereas Lord Hermer can be said to have acted honourably no such thing can be said of you. Your whole political life has revolved around your support for the State of Israel and Zionism. At a hustings in May 2015, the Times of Israel described how  ‘the issue of Israel is something that is deeply personal and emotional' for you. In other words completely irrational.

23.  In the Jewish News of 23 December 2024 you were reported as saying that “The events of October 7 are the worst in my lifetime as a Jew.’ Given the close connection between my prosecution and those events it is clear that what motivated you was not British national interests.

24.  The details of your apparent bias are listed in paragraphs 11-15 of counsel for the defence’s application of 16th December 2025.

25.  Not only was your decision apparently biased but it is now clear that you were also motivated by actual bias and malice. The details are contained in my blog of 24 December 2025. I will enumerate them below.

26.  In the Leaked Labour Report of March 2020 on the work of the Labour Party’s Governance and Legal Unit we learn on p.333 of an email of 17 October 2017 from Laura Murray of Corbyn’s office to John Stolliday, which reads:

27.  could we have an update on the current status of the cases of Ken Livingstone, Jacqui [sic] Walker, Tony Greenstein and Marc Wadsworth and a clear timetable of when they will all be heard by the NCC and when a final decision will be made on them. The Jewish Labour Movement expressed frustration that these cases have taken such a long time to be heard, as they feel that it is difficult to begin the process of rebuilding trust between the Labour Party and the Jewish community whilst we have still not dealt with these cases.

28.  The JLM, of which you were Vice-Chair, was pushing strongly for the expulsion of all those named above. It is inconceivable that you weren’t involved in this campaign, targeting me and others. That alone should have convinced you to withdraw from having anything to do with my prosecution. But of course you had the opposite reaction. You saw it as a golden opportunity to settle scores with someone who is one of Britain’s leading Jewish anti-Zionists. Zionism dictates that there is no group which is more hated than anti-Zionist Jews. We are, in your warped view, traitors to race and nation. ‘Kapos’ or ‘self-haters’ are some of the choice epithets people like you use.

29.  But if there was any doubt about your actual bias then it was laid to rest in an article in the Jewish News of March 26, 2016, written by you and Mike Katz, who became Chair of the JLM after Ivor Caplin was retired, where it said, in the context of allegations of anti-Semitism in the Labour Party that:

30.  In the cases of Leaked Labour Report Laura Murray of Corbyn’s office to John Stolliday, Ken Livingstone, Jacqui [sic] Walker, Tony Greenstein and Marc Wadsworth Mike Katz, Kirby and Downing, the Labour Party took swift action against them within 24 hours of problems being reported. A senior Labour peer has been appointed to investigate the activities of the Oxford Labour Club and other problematic figures such as Tony Greenstein have been suspended. These are welcome first steps and a reflection of how seriously party officials take the issue.

31.  What is curious about this article is not only your personal attack. The JN came out on March 26th 2016, which means you must have written it at the latest on March 24th. My letter of suspension was only signed by John Stolliday on March 18th and it reached me on March 21st.The first publicity about my suspension was when news of it was leaked to The Times and The Telegraph which both published it on April 2nd.

32.  So the obvious question is how you knew of my suspension when no one else did? Clearly the information had been leaked to you by the Labour Party’s Governance and Legal Unit. Now why should they do that unless you were involved in the whole process leading to my suspension? Clearly, as an officer of the JLM, you had a deep political and personal involvement in my suspension. This alone should have disqualified you from having any involvement in the decision to give the CPS permission to proceed with my prosecution.


33.  As Counsel for the Prosecution, Kate Temple-Mabe conceded in paragraph 41 of her Response to the Application of my barrister, Jeremy McNulty, on 18th December 2025:

34.  Clearly this is evidence of actual bias and malicious intent. In essence you were seeking to deal with someone who the JLM has long seen as one of its main targets. As I have already pointed out, there is no more hated target than a Jewish anti-Zionist for the simple reason that we give the lie to the assertion that being Jewish and Zionist is one and the same.

35.  In the circumstance the most honourable thing for you to do is to resign as a Minister. However, since honour is not a quality that Zionists are best known for I suspect you will do your best to cling on to your ministerial car and chauffeur.

36.  I also have a second, unrelated question for you. As Vice-Chair of the JLM how much did you know of the activities of Ivor Caplin who served alongside you as Chair of the JLM from 2018-9.

37.  As you will be aware Caplin was arrested in January of this year after a sting by anti-paedophile campaigners. He still has not been charged by the CPS and it is clear that he still has powerful friends in the Starmer government including his ex-boyfriend, Business Secretary, Peter Kyle. Instead a local journalist, Greg Hadfield, was arrested by the Police and charged for sending Fiona Sharpe, of Sussex Friends of Israel, a copy of one of Caplin’s posts and asking a few questions about what she knew.

38.  Perhaps you might care to explain why, after nearly a year, in what is clearly an open and shut case, the CPS have not charged Caplin and Sussex Police decided to prosecute instead a local journalist Greg Hadfield who had retweeted one of Caplin’s pornographic posts to highlight the cover up of his activities. Given your position in the Justice Department you should be in a good position to know about why the delay.

39.  Caplin’s behaviour was known about for some considerable time. He was protected by the Jewish Labour Movement and people like Fiona Sharpe.

40.  Indeed the prosecution of Greg Hadfield, a former Sunday Times journalist living in Brighton and a victim of the ‘anti-Semitism’ smear campaign, was at the behest of Fiona Sharpe, an activist in Labour Against Anti-Semitism and someone who you are acquainted with. 41.  Sussex Police are inherently corrupt and heavily involved in protecting the local Zionist genocidaires. Perhaps you would like to come clean and tell us what you knew about Caplin since he has been tweeting pornographic posts for some considerable time.

42.  In June 2024 Caplin was arrested by Police for a sexual attack on a homeless man but because of his status was freed without charge and without being named.

43.  In fact it seems that Sussex Police did their best throughout, despite knowing of Caplin’s activities to protect him and Fiona Sharpe and the JLM was at the Centre of this. It would be interesting to know your views about your former Chair given your own close involvement.

Why are the Police, the BBC & National Press Refusing to Even Mention Ivor Caplin's Arrest?

Compare This to My Arrest – Sussex Police & the CPS Can Be Relied on To Do Their Utmost to Avoid Prosecuting Caplin

You might think that the arrest of a former Defence Minister and government Whip on charges of child grooming would make the pages of all the national dailies.  But if so you would be wrong? Only the Daily Mail did so.

The BBC had a short report  Man arrested on suspicion of child sex offence but it did not name him. This narrowed down the suspects to a mere half of the population. The only clues to Caplin’s identity were that he was 66 and local to Brighton (in fact he is local to Hove).

Compare this to the BBC’s coverage of my arrest. ‘Terrorism charge over man's online comments’ which gave both my name and the street where I live. Why the disparity?

When I was arrested and charged this was covered by the BBC and the Brighton Argus which published an article Brighton man charged with terror offences over Hamas comments which both named me and the street where I live. On Caplin’s arrest they printed nothing. 

Brighton & Hove News went one further with ‘Tony Greenstein charged with terrorism offence’ from which you might assume that I had been found with a bomb in my pocket rather than having published a blog that was not to the Police’s liking.

When Caplin, a former Under-Secretary of State for Defence and Veteran’s Minister as well as former Chair of the genocide supporters of the Jewish Labour Movement, was arrested the Jewish Chronicle, which had extensively covered my previous arrest deleted an article on the arrest.  Only the Jewish News led on ‘Caplin arrested on ‘suspicion of engaging in sexual communication with a child’.

When I was expelled from the Labour Party the Jewish Chronicle ran a story, Tony Greenstein expelled from Labour Party over abusive behaviour which quoted Caplin

‘Welcoming the decision to expel Mr Greenstein, Ivor Caplin, south east chair of the Jewish Labour Movement, said: “His continued membership is at complete odds with our collective values of solidarity, tolerance and respect.

“Deliberately harassing, intimidatory and hateful language of the kind Tony Greenstein has continually used has no place inside the Labour movement.

“Despite the unacceptably long time it has taken to reach this conclusion, we are heartened that the party has sent out a clear message on this today.

“We will continue to press the party to deal firmly and swiftly with antisemitism, including the high number of cases that are still waiting to be resolved."

The only national paper, bar the Mail, which led on Caplin’s arrest was the Scottish National which reported that Former Labour minister arrested after vigilante paedophile sting.

The Guardian of course said nothing which is not surprising since Caplin had been such an integral part of their false ‘anti-Semitism’ campaign in the Labour Party.

There is an easy explanation. Caplin is a prominent Zionist.  I suspect that great efforts will be made to prove that Caplin was only trying to contact a 15 year old boy in order that they could play chess together!

And what of the Police?  When I was charged they issued a statement which said:

“A 70-year-old man has been charged with a terrorism offence as part of an investigation by officers from Counter Terrorism South East (CTPSE).

“Anthony Greenstein, of XXXX, Brighton, has been charged with one count of inviting support for a proscribed organisation, namely Hamas, contrary to Section 12(1) of the Terrorism Act 2000.

“The charge is in connection with comments made online on Saturday 7 October 2023.

“He has been bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 12 December.



What Ivor Caplin Doesn't Lack Is Influential Friends

Sussex Police also issued a statement when I was first arrested in 2023. Compare this to what Sussex Police said when Caplin was arrested:

“We are aware of footage circulating on social media showing a man in Brighton being detained on suspicion of engaging in online sexual communications with a child.

“Officers can confirm that a local 66-year-old man was arrested on Saturday January 11 and currently remains in custody. They later elaborated

“A 66-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of engaging in online sexual communications with a child on 11 January has been released on bail until 10 April while further enquiries are carried out.”

No name and no address. Why the disparity?  It would seem that there are forces in society who help and protect powerful paedophiles and equally powerful forces out to portray me as a ‘terrorist’.

One can only hope that one of his bail conditions is surrendering his passport or Ivor may end up in Israel

Skwawkbox’s headline was Former chair of JLM pro-Israel lobby group arrested on suspicion of child sex offences.

It’s one law for right-wing former Labour Zionist ministers who are caught trying to make contact with children and quite another law for  those of us who support the Palestinian resistance against a genocidal army that has killed more than 20,000 Palestinian children.

And of course there is a logic to this.  If the British government, from Starmer down, can say nothing about the murder of thousands of Palestinian children, why on earth should they be bothered about the grooming of one 15 year old boy?

The Hypocrisy of these People Knows No Limits

In the eyes of the Police and Establishment grooming young children is considered a lesser crime than supporting an anti-colonial guerrilla struggle. Paedophillia amongst our rulers has always been treated lightly if at all.

We only have to consider the way four different Police forces, including Sussex, went out of their way to protect Jimmy Saville. According to an Inspectorate of Constabulary Report in 2007. The HMIC report said:

“Both officers (from Sussex and Surrey) appear to have alerted each other to the reluctance of their respective victims and both decided that neither was able to support the other. As a result, opportunities for mutual support were lost.”

Sussex Police were also involved in protecting another high society paedophile, the Bishop of Lewes Peter Ball, friend of Prince now King Charles III. Initially, in 1993, Ball was merely cautioned for his crimes. Eventually in 2015 he was gaoled for 32 months for quite horrendous abuse. The Independent Inquiry into Child Abuse found that a victim of Ball, Philip Johnson, after having learned in September 1996 that his younger brother had also been sexually abused visited a Sussex Police Station, where he reported the offences committed by Cotton and Pritchard, two other priests.

Mr Johnson said he was made to feel uncomfortable by the officers, who appeared to view him “as a threat to children … I felt that I was being investigated more than Cotton or Pritchard.

Starmer’s CPS protected Saville and then destroyed the files in 2010 when Starmer was Director of Public Prosecutions. The historic attitude to the abuse of children by the rich and powerful was exemplified by Peter Morrison MP, Thatcher’s Personal Private Secretary who was protected by Thatcher and MI5 despite his proclivities being well known.

Greg Hadfield has written an interesting article that should be required reading for anyone interested in why Sussex Police have treated Caplin with kid gloves. In essence Caplin was part of a right-wing Gay Labour Mafia in Brighton & Hove which includes local MP Peter ‘Killer’ Kyle, his ex-boyfriend, who lives literally a stone throws away. Chris Ward, the new Starmerite MP for Brighton Kemptown seems to have been another member of this clique.

Ward was the Starmer imposed stooge in Brighton Kemptown at the last election. A complete nonentity he ran Hanbury Strategy, a PR/Lobbying group with his Tory election opponent, Khobi Vallis at the last election.

Chris Ward’s original CV sent to members mentioned that he once worked for Caplin, but all reference to working for him has been removed since Caplin was suspended by the Labour Party last year. As Greg Hadfield observed, this is an extremely unusual occurrence for someone on the right of the party. 

In Revealed: Zionism, abuse, pornography, and worse Hadfield outlines a whole series of disturbing occurrences.

Caplin was the first Labour MP that Hove had ever had.  Caplin was a Defence Minister at the time of the invasion of Iraq.  I can remember him scuttling out of the backdoor of Hove Town Hall when we came to talk with him!  And he panicked and called the Police when we next met up with him at Portslade Town hall.

Caplin has been addicted to Crystal Meths for the last 18 months and genocide for over 20 years.  Last June Caplin was arrested for a sexual assault on a young man at the YMCA hostel in Brighton’s North Road. Suffice to say Sussex  Police managed to avoid having to investigate the case too hard and Caplin escaped prosecution.

As Andy Winter, an Argus columnist and former Labour councillor recalled being told: “Whenever something odd happens in the Labour Party, all roads lead back to Ivor Caplin.” Guess who helped select the Council candidates for 2023 – including two who didn’t live in Brighton? Yes that’s right, Ivor Caplin. It was Caplin who was appointed to the Labour Party’s South East Executive with the explicit task of weeding out anyone on the left.

No wonder that Labour councillors in Brighton & Hove have had nothing to say about the Genocide in Gaza given who they owe their position to.

Caplin’s sudden announcement, in November 2004, barely five months before Blair called a general election, that he wouldn’t be a candidate was due to a front-page scoop in the ill-fated News of the World. In the end the article was confined to the inside pages.

Caplin seems to be addicted to posting, re-posting and replying to pornographic images and videos on what was his Twitter feed.

Brighton & Hove News reported on June 11 204 that Caplin had been suspended by the Labour Party ‘after serious allegations were made about him.’ Clearly this related to the sexual assault on the young homeless man, the investigation into which Brighton Police dropped. Yet we were given no clue as to what these allegations were about.

Jo Wadsworth, the Brighton & Hove Editor, who is to journalism what Harold Shipman was to care for the elderly, commented that

In recent weeks, Mr Caplin has been tweeting increasingly explicit images of young men, ranging from semi-naked stills to pornographic videos.

Caplin is reputed to have had sex with any number of rent boys and male prostitutes. Clearly he has a problem. As Hadfield commented:

When this conduct is undertaken by a senior figure in a political party, with a public facade of trusted respectability, it is positively dangerous. Especially in an organisation with inadequate safeguarding procedures.

In an opaque, hierarchical, and undemocratic Labour Party — where whistleblowing is now punished rather than welcomed — it is a disaster waiting to happen.

Teenage members as young as 14 out on the #LabourDoorstep, canvassing in tiny groups — often on ill-lit streets and accompanied by older, more experienced, more trusted, more powerful party colleagues — must be protected.

Caplin sees young boys as something to be exploited, used and abused. It is little wonder that he is an avid Zionist.

However nothing Caplin did was sufficient to deter Starmer who has had problems of his own when it comes to sexual predators. Hadfield commented that

We do not know if Caplin is a paedophile or not. I hope he will have his day in court, so we can find out.

And I do not have any evidence at all to substantiate wild rumours about a Labour “sex ring” or a “rape network” in Brighton and Hove.

Which is another way of saying that Brighton & Hove Labour Party may indeed have a ‘sex ring’ or ‘rape network’. Hadfield asked

Did all his followers on X/Twitter always block him, have dormant accounts, or mute him, or just not notice the daily waterfall of extreme pornography? All the photographs? All the videos?


Amongst those who followed him were Tom Watson, Jack Lubner, chair of Young Labour, Mike Katz, chair of the JLM and Gurinder Singh Josan, the far-right Labour MP for Smethwick and friend of Luke Akehurst. Even the Crown Prosecution Service (@CPSUK) followed Caplin as well as former Chief Superintendent Nick May, Sussex Police’s Divisional Commander for Brighton and Hove (until his retirement in September 2021) and a friend of Fiona Sharpe. As Hadfield commented:

One thing I do know is that the likes of Ms Sharpe and Caplin are so embedded in the local criminal justice system, not to mention the local mainstream media, that they feel they can get away with anything. They have friends in high places.

No complaint from them is too trivial to be taken seriously (Sharpe and Sussex Police); no mendacious story is so insubstantial that a quote from “a senior Labour source” won’t generate a headline.

This is very true. A woman Palestine solidarity member in Brighton was seriously assaulted at the Clocktower but Sussex Police refused to prosecute because they claimed her witness wasn’t independent (which is a job for the courts not them)!

But when has that ever stopped them using Fiona Sharpe as a witness despite her proven record of lying in court? [See The Janus Faced Fiona Sharpe of Sussex Friends of Israel] When she gave evidence at the trial of a Palestinian man, Yasser some years ago, everything she said was contradicted by the video evidence. Yasser was acquitted.

Sussex Police are using Fiona Sharpe again though in a case being brought against a Brighton woman for damaging a paste board in Palmeira Square, which shouldn’t even be there and which uses Israel’s ‘hostages’ to justify genocide in Gaza. It is grossly offensive to opponents of genocide but Sussex Police bend over backwards to support Sharpe, Caplin and her clique of misfits.

Sharpe, besides perjuring herself in court, is thick as thieves with Sussex Police. In February 2024 she was a recipient of the Chief Constable’s award for services rendered. The mind boggles as to what those services were! No doubt she is lobbying hard even as I write for the exoneration of the Honourable Ivor Caplin.

Indeed it was most unfortunate that Caplin was caught by a vigilante group while trying to recruit a child for a bit of sex on the side. His protestations of innocence and his web of lies make for amusing viewing. But we shall see whether the CPS manages to find a reason not to prosecute. Perhaps they will say it is ‘not in the public interest’ to have a high profile Zionist convicted of child grooming.

Not so many years ago, former President of the Board of Deputies and a former Labour MP and peer also managed to avoid prosecution for child abuse despite many horrendous allegations because of favourable treatment by the Police and the CPS.

Hadfield himself is now subject to a malicious prosecution by Sussex Police under s.127 of the Malicious Communications Act for posting a single screenshot in a single post of something Caplin posted, triggered by a vexatious complaint by Fiona Sharpe. He faces 5 years imprisonment if convicted whereas knowing Sussex Police they will exert themselves to the maximum to find reasons not to prosecute Fiona Sharpe’s friend Ivor Caplin.

As Hadfield notes ‘Just like in the Labour Party, so in the criminal justice system: the process is the punishment and the punishment is the process.’

The Jewish Labour Movement haven’t had a great deal of luck with their Chairmen. The first one, Jeremy Newmark defrauded the Jewish Leadership Council of £100,000 but got away with it because they didn’t want the publicity.

Their second Chair, Ivor Caplin is a suspected paedophile guilty of an attack on a young homeless man. 

One wonders what their third Chair, Lord Mike Katz has hidden in his ermine.  Katz earned his daily bread by lobbying for private rail companies. Really the JLM should be sued under the Trades Description Act. They may be Jewish but there is nothing of the labour movement about these frauds.
